06/07/2026: I've been to Cenacolo three times, including after my stay at the Hotel Galli, and I've always found the same quality. I've tried a variety of dishes, from traditional dishes to the meat option, all excellent in quality and cooking. The cuisine is carefully prepared, rooted in tradition but with a pleasant touch of creativity. The service is attentive, with the chef personally attending to guests and discreetly and courteously ensuring their experience is enjoyable. The wine list is good, and the house wine is above average. Excellent value.

05/07/2026: A very pleasant dinner at this restaurant in Livigno. Super friendly and helpful staff, they make you feel right at home. Quick and accurate service, delicious food. We started with two glasses of Franciacorta and continued with pizzoccheri and polenta with mushrooms and cheese, two desserts, and an appetizer. Everything was exceptional. A wonderful welcome, even for our big dog! Definitely recommended.

19/04/2026: What a shame, high expectations, but nothing in and of itself. The waiters bicker among themselves, thinking the customers don't see their tantrums... Snobbish, arrogant, and falsely polite. Not to mention the receptionists, unsuitable and lacking a minimum of attention and professionalism; for a 3-star hotel, having unqualified staff is a serious problem. The breakfast is minimal, things are moved almost every day; the day before you find things in one place, the next in another... There's no attention, not to mention some waiters who are certainly more attentive than others. The "maître d'" (if you can call him that) is unprofessional; he thinks he works in a trattoria, but instead he works in a 3-star hotel. The attire and hairstyle were completely unprofessional for a maître d' (one day he was a pizza chef and the other a waiter, completely wrong and unprofessional, especially since the day he made the pizzas, they were pretty awful). The other waiters were much better dressed and professional; I don't know how the maître d' became a maître d'... The perfumery, on the other hand, was decidedly better, with courteous and attentive staff. It's a shame about the hotel staff, who were unprofessional and arrogant.

18/04/2026: We only went for lunch; the food quality and service were excellent. Prices were normal.

23/03/2026: Ideally located in the heart of the pedestrian zone and practically ski-in/ski-out, spacious rooms, top-notch service! Special mention for the breakfast orchestrated by Simona, which is simply exceptional!

22/03/2026: We ate quite well but we took a beating with the wine, we spent a bit too much!!!

03/07/2026: We ordered pizza for 7 and 4 people of us ordered Diavola (their favourite) and said that it was the worst in our 2 week trip. Across all pizza there was small amount of salami slices and these were really tiny - so dissapointing

09/06/2026: Stopping for lunch, we tried sciat (fried buckwheat balls stuffed with cheese), a platter of cured meats and cheeses with porcini mushrooms, and lasagna alla Bolognese. Friendly, fast service, excellent food, and a fair price.

04/10/2025: Closed - unfortunately, no more restaurant! One less quaint restaurant in Livigno.

16/09/2025: Hopefully it will reopen! We've been there several times on holiday and it's always been a great experience. Livigno definitely needs a place like that! :'(

17/05/2026: A very beautiful and well-kept place, the staff were very kind and helpful. I stayed until the weekend, the price was good, even for the restaurant, and it was very nice and clean. I recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely be calling them if I decide to go to Livigno in the near future. Best regards.

09/06/2026: Nice place and good food, the area where I was sitting was covered by a very kind waiter but the waitress who accompanied us to the table (brunette with blonde mesh) was really rude.

07/06/2026: If I pay €26 for two takeout pizzas and when I ask to kindly cut them, the waitress, with very little professionalism and kindness, even asks for €1 for a simple cutting wheel, justifying the fact that "we hire someone to do just that" and further saying "it's the owners who take the money anyway." And on top of that, with the restaurant half empty in June, asking for a supplement to cut two pizzas, I think it's the height of bullshit people can get away with just for 50 cents? I speak as someone who has worked a lot in the restaurant industry, if you don't know how to keep up with a service, justifying it by saying "200 pizzas a night is so much that you hire an employee for what?" There's a great lack of humility and professionalism. Terrible service, rude and not very credible as human beings. Have a good day and good luck everyone.
