14/03/2026: Delicious pizza. One of the best I've ever eaten: La Nostra Pistacchiosa. Good crust, mortadella, burrata, finely ground pistachios. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended!!! We arrived today and will probably want to eat at Il Gufo again.

07/03/2026: We visited the restaurant while sightseeing. We chose it based on the wide selection of dishes. When we arrived, the waiters seated us and it seemed like the restaurant would be of a high standard. We waited about 45 minutes for our food despite the restaurant being half empty. No one came to ask us if we wanted something to drink, not even during the meal. We wanted to have dessert, but with the total lack of interest from the staff, we let our appetite wane and decided to eat it somewhere else. The pizza was good, but the wait, the service and the overall impression actually ruined the good food. I would definitely not go here again.

14/03/2026: We had lunch at Il Focolare and the experience was truly positive.
The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the meal. Another much-appreciated aspect is that dogs are allowed, which isn't always a given.
The kitchen offers sophisticated dishes, always rooted in the local area, using quality ingredients. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the dishes.
A small but very welcome detail: the homemade butter, truly excellent, adds an extra touch to the experience.
We had bresaola with scatt, pizzoccheri, and, to finish, polenta with wagyu.
Everything was truly delicious!

29/12/2025: We dined here twice during our vacation and were always very pleased. The service from all the girls was friendly, courteous, and efficient. My compliments to the wait staff. The food was good, the prices fair. We ordered both first and second courses, as well as pizzas, and everything was excellent. I recommend it.
26/12/2025: We found this place on our second-to-last day. We really enjoyed the dinner. The prices were reasonable, and everything we ordered was delicious. Compared to other places we'd visited in Livigno, Canoe was unbeatable! We returned for lunch.

11/03/2026: I didn't stay, so I can't rate the rooms. The place is beautiful, and the location is amazing on the Livigno slopes. 😍 I hope to return.
10/03/2026: We came in for ice cream, and the waiter (a man with short hair and a beard) asked if we wanted something to eat. We told him we wanted ice cream. He took it and went to another table where they ordered two cappuccinos and two ice creams. He ignored us and left the room. Eventually, one of us got up, and we explained to a waitress that her colleague had refused to take our order, so she came over to get it for us.
Personally, I'll avoid it next time because of the unpleasant experience.

31/03/2026: Excellent value for money! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The Pizza Giuda was very spicy, but excellent if you like it hot. We shared the pizza and had the Contadina salad with it; both were really great! 👌

29/03/2026: Unfortunately, the service, and especially the billing, left much to be desired. The crème brûlée was served with a shot of liquor that had been poured over the sugar and then ignited.
Since the crème brûlée tasted of liquor as a result, we pointed this out, and the dessert was taken back. We were offered an alternative instead. So far, so good.
However, when it came time to pay, both the new dessert and the crème brûlée were charged. After we pointed this out, we were told that this was the standard way to make crème brûlée and that we would have to pay if we were unaware of this and stopped the igniting process. It was very disappointing how indifferently this was handled. When we explained the standard procedure to the waiter, he felt attacked and became rude.

27/02/2026: We went here for dinner. Restaurants in the area are very crowded. Here, there were still plenty of free tables. The food isn't even worth one star. The pizzas were burnt black, and the toppings, like onions with the cores and huge chunks of other ingredients, were just thrown on.
The porcini mushrooms, which were spongy and mushy, gave me an upset stomach. The soup was overcooked and tasted like instant soup. Overall, the quality is abysmal.
It's a shame, because the ambiance is very nice, if you disregard being seated in the very back corner, even though there was plenty of space. After the meal, the service was nowhere to be seen. We were better off having dessert elsewhere.

The food was extraordinary, but what struck me most was the kindness and friendliness of the staff, especially Niccolò and Francesco, two delightful people.
Thank you again, and I'll definitely be back next year!
