01/11/2025: A lovely place, we've been there several times, both alone and with guests. From the covered terrace, sheltered on all sides, there's a magnificent view of the Oltrepo hills. Excellent local wine and game dishes. We return for the wild boar menu (pappardelle and stew) and will be back again. Reasonable prices. Recommended

23/09/2025: I visited this restaurant with my son. We enjoyed decent appetizers of fried gnocco, cured meats, and a delicious frittatina, two first courses (good pumpkin ravioli, decent pappardelle with wild boar ragu), and a wild boar main course, perhaps a bit too spicy, but it's a matter of taste, but still good. Desserts are a specialty here; the tiramisu was excellent. The house wine was good, a still red, unpretentious but very drinkable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would have liked to have meat, but it wasn't listed on the menu (verbally), and since I was the first to arrive, I couldn't have known that they serve excellent ribs (which my neighbors also enjoyed). The restaurant is clean, and the bathrooms are in excellent condition. The only flaw is the entrance: you're overwhelmed by pizza boxes (the oven is right at the entrance), and it's not a pretty sight, even if it's tidy. Still, a good place.

10/11/2025: Without a doubt the best pizza in Pavia. I recommend the schiacciata! The Vietnamese menu is also excellent; everything is delicious. Lovely staff.

09/11/2025: Went last night with the soccer team for the first time. Super clean place, very kind waiters, top-notch owners, great service. Even though it was crowded, we waited very little for our food. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again. I forgot. Superb food. Excellent pizza. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and in a relaxed atmosphere.

09/03/2026: Nice restaurant with a small outdoor patio. Good service and knowledgeable staff. I was here for dinner with friends, and we all had seafood appetizers and a first course of spaghetti with clams. Everything was really good. The wine was also excellent. I finished with a tiramisu. Just a small comment about the tiramisu. I'm not a pastry chef, but having tried many, I didn't like it very much. I'd suggest making it a little creamier. Anyway, it's a good restaurant that I highly recommend.

07/02/2026: Welcoming place, we had appetizers with burrata, cured ham, and prosciutto—all excellent. The fried anchovies and pizzas were also good.

28/02/2026: If you want to eat a good pizza and you're passing through Palestro, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings... stop by....or make a reservation to enjoy it.

12/01/2026: We were guests at this restaurant for Christmas lunch. Excellent food, attentive service, despite the restaurant being fully booked. We'll be back again.

02/11/2025: Aside from the pizza dough, which I found rather soft and chewy, but these could be personal tastes. A word of warning: large companies only accept Roman-style payments. In fact, I ended up paying €18.50 for a simple pizza and a bottle of still water because the cashier complained that it would take too long. Apparently, as well as making you food, they also care about your finances...

07/02/2026: Nice atmosphere, very clean and tidy. We ate fish prepared by chef Amed. Very competent and professional, warm welcome, good waiters, and attentive to customer requests. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers and seafood risotto to the dessert and coffee. Excellent value for money. We'll be back.

28/03/2026: After completing a training course, I looked for a restaurant that offered generous and tasty lunch menus. I was completely satisfied with the "Lo Scoglio" restaurant. The head waiter, Giovanni, was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive to the customer's needs.
