10/01/2026: Nuova Panarea is a guaranteed find in Pavia. It's a simple yet welcoming place. The pizza is excellent, well-cooked and made with quality ingredients, but the restaurant's dishes are also worth a try: generous portions, authentic flavors, and a truly varied menu that's sure to please everyone. Fast and friendly service, perfect for both a lunch break and a relaxed dinner. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, an increasingly rare find. A reliable place, a place you'll gladly return to whenever you want good, uncomplicated food. Highly recommended!

12/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, kind and very friendly staff, they even come to the table to ask if everything is okay, which is very rare in other restaurants. The various pizzas offered are excellent, the menu is very varied, the restaurant is really worth trying, it is better to book to be sure of always finding a safe place without waiting.

17/02/2026: The pizza is truly DELICIOUS!! Delicate and incredibly light, many say it's one of the best ever, so it's definitely worth a try. Even though the place is a bit out of the way, it's still worth a visit. The fish is also excellent upon request. The restaurant, with its old-fashioned trattoria-style decor, is dated and colorful, but still clean and tidy, and if you're not too demanding, you can get by on a budget. The host is friendly, and the staff is always helpful. Prices are definitely reasonable and in line with what they offer. Although it's spacious, it's advisable to call to reserve, given its proximity to the Castelletto go-kart and motorbike track.

07/03/2026: Dinner March 2026. A bright restaurant where they seated us even though they were fully booked and we hadn't booked, although we arrived very early. We were served very quickly by friendly staff, the pizza was good, and the prices were average. The tiramisu was also good. They accept electronic tickets.

29/12/2025: Very welcoming place, although the temperature wasn't exactly right for the evening. Service received a low rating because I personally witnessed the waitress blow her nose and, without going to a suitable place to wash her hands, take the pizzas and serve them to the tables as if nothing had happened. No complaints about the pizza; the dough was excellent, although I can't comment on the method of adding the ingredients. Negative comments about the dessert: please change the name of the dessert; that's not a bonet, it's a chocolate pudding with crushed amaretti biscuits inside. Please, in the name of true Piedmontese cuisine (of which I have a leading exponent), change its name! Thank you! Replay to the reply to my review: Dear owner, Your reply shows that everyone is good at receiving positive reviews, but as soon as someone shows their weakness, they are quick to ignore criticism. In a serious establishment, given the customer's complaints (which were politely addressed to the cashier, with a smile on her face, not in a pedantic tone as you describe), your employee should have called her to immediately address the issue and address it immediately! The dessert revisitation is fine, but then rethink the name too 😊 We left the fireplace table free, it's true, to provide a potential couple in love with an atmosphere worthy of their ideal evening, perhaps, and why should the temperature be the same throughout the place? No, you never think that, do you? What about the waitress issue? Shall we say nothing? Oh well, let's just ignore it! Next time I'll stay an extra hour until she's free (given how elusive she seems) and we'll analyze what happened in detail together!

28/12/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, the super 🥰 nice boy/waiter, the wood-fired oven pizzas are special with daring but spot-on ingredients, and that's exactly why I expected more decisive flavors on the palate, instead everything is so delicate (which is not a criticism) but if I take the pizza with cabbage and the stinky I certainly don't suspect a delicate pizza, I will definitely go back to try the others, only 4 stars only because I didn't feel the explosion in my mouth, that's why I will go back.

16/10/2025: A retro location with great attention to detail. Excellent pizza with carefully selected local and seasonal ingredients, unique doughs that pair perfectly with the ingredients. The desserts are also excellent. The friendly and professional staff were able to advise us.

19/01/2026: Probably the best pizza in Pavia. In my opinion, it's only rivaled by one other place, but Botticella definitely has the variety and quality of its seasonal pizza toppings to its advantage. These seasonal pizzas are very different from traditional ones, but they never make you forget you're eating a fabulous pizza. I particularly recommend the autumn red prawn and the yellow amatriciana. BUT, I'm not giving it five stars for the table layout in the restaurant's interior, where, instead of dining at a table for two, it feels like you're sitting at a large table with all the other couples. I certainly wouldn't return if it were an evening where something private and important had to be discussed. It felt like I was choosing trips to book with the people to our right and participating in every office gossip of the people to our left. It also made me struggle even just to go to the bathroom, having to squeeze between the two tables to get up and sit down, almost leaning on the pizzas of those sitting next to me. Perhaps one less table and a little more privacy wouldn't hurt.

18/10/2025: My husband and I stayed one night at Bosco Longhino, a winery with tastings. It's a great place, and someone recommended it to us. The entire dinner was delicious, the place was lovely, and the staff were excellent. Give it a try.
