Then tells the chef how he wants it prepared. Nothing to do with the menu. Always excellent. Friend’s wife is Vegan, so they always prepare special dishes for her. Higher end, white table cloth restaurant, but not over priced. Update: Summer 2024 - recent price increases has taken this fine restaurant off from our usual go-to list.

23/07/2024: Unfortunately, the pinsa I tried was a disappointment. It seemed frozen and reheated, and the 12 euro pinsa bufala was basically a frozen Margherita with a bit of mozzarella that didn't seem buffalo at all. It was absolutely not worth the price. However, the burger bun was good and the fries were tasty. The beers were of average quality and slightly overpriced for the type of beer served. The service was friendly and very fast, and the ample parking is definitely a plus. After receiving the restaurateur's response, I would like to clarify that I am not a culinary expert and do not believe it is necessary to be one to write a review or to dine at a brewery. My experience with the pinsa was negative: it was dry and poorly cooked. When I raised the issue, the staff didn't seem particularly interested. Although I recognize that your place may have excellent raw materials, my experience did not live up to expectations. I gave 3 stars, not 1, to recognize the positive aspects of the place, but the feedback I provided was honest and constructive. Not all reviews can be perfect, and since not all reviews are 5 stars, perhaps there is something you could improve. I had dinner at 7.30pm because otherwise it would not have been possible to have a table without a reservation. I wish you a good day.

Spartan and unpretentious environment and slightly long waiting times, perhaps also due to the large quantity of takeaways. Deep, soft sliced ​​pan-fried pizza. The dough is good, even if not excellent, not greasy and easily digestible, which coming from me who sometimes can't digest water means something. The ingredients are certainly of excellent quality and served generously on the slices. I took a slice of anchovy with beautiful, firm, large and tasty anchovy fillets. Looking around I saw delicious slices full of ham, capocollo and various ingredients. I will definitely go back.

13/07/2024: Had dinner with colleagues, overall positive experience. The appearance of the restaurant both outside and inside is quite simple, not pretentious. The menu is essentially linked to burgers and pizzas by the slice, among which there are different variations. I took a generous slice with bresaola, rocket and parmesan, beautiful in appearance and satisfying in taste. Mixed appetizer with lightly salted chips and croquettes and Ascoli olives, perhaps to be fried a little more. Friendly and pleasant staff

24/08/2024: Ci sono stato con un amico, giusto per bere una birra e fare quattro chiacchiere. Le birre sono nella media di una birreria che non ricerca quelle artigianali, buona la APA, il locale a me non è piaciuto, troppo scuro all'interno, però c'era la possibilità di sedersi all'esterno che, in una nottata estiva è una buona cosa. Servizio buono ma il sistema dei gettoni proprio non l'ho capito. La clientela è piuttosto over (sicuramente la media è sopra i 50), molti in motociclisti. Non è un locale dove ritornerei, però è evidentemente a qualcuno piace ed è isolato in una zona industriale.

04/08/2024: We wanted to eat there, but waitress came and ask in very impolite way if we have reservation (we didn’t even know that we have to have). I don’t know if our clothes or anything else didn’t match their vibe, but her reaction was still not nice, we decided to eat somewhere else.

01/08/2024: Non so cosa sia successo ma la qualità è calata drasticamente. Prese pizze d’asporto, l’impasto non è male ma sulla pizza non c’è praticamente nulla e mancavano anche ingredienti, come ad esempio la crema allo zafferano. Gli ingredienti presenti invece erano alquanto scarsi ad esempio fiori di zucca erano a malapena 4 strisce ed i gamberetti erano 6 contati. Credo che per 12 euro a pizza sia inaccettabile.

05/08/2024: Discovered by chance. “Simple” pizzeria, without frills, but all substance and courtesy. If you want to stop by Seveso, it's the right place to taste real Neapolitan pizza. Very high quality of ingredients (the pizza chef cares a lot about it and takes care of it personally). Simply perfect cooking! For the “gourmet” Pistachio pizza, my favourite, I gladly travel from Milan San Siro to the center of Seveso. Cornice filled with ricotta, mortadella on a thin bed of real mozzarella, garnished with sauce and chopped pistachios and in the centre: HER! A burrata of the highest quality and specially produced, by a local dairy, in a "tailor-made" format requested by the pizza chef who, believe me, knows perfectly what he is doing. Seeing is believing!

10/07/2024: Sports bar with lots of TVs, very noisy, slow service, the burgers are served on a plate with a few pieces of focaccia and chips, without sauces and if you ask for them they will bring you sachets of mayonnaise and ketchup, paid €23.50 for this dish with coca cola on tap, coffee and limoncello

Business lunch, dinner and aperitif Good aperitif with assorted buffet including pizzas, focaccia, cured meats, veal with tuna fries and pasta. Really delicious pizza and burgers, even the salads are worth a lot, one flaw of why I don't give 5 stars is because the environment is too noisy. For the rest everything was really excellent!
