26/05/2025: Too expensive, you spend 6/7 euros more than in other places, I ate the pizza, nothing that could justify this difference in price compared to others, given that it is not located in an attractive tourist context.

23/05/2025: Non è la prima volta che vado in qs pizzeria perché la pizza è buona ma il rispetto per le persone dimostrato dai due personaggi che ci hanno accolto all'ingresso ha fatto si che non succederà mai più che ci metta ancora piede. Racconto qs mia esperienza come testimonianza di discriminazione e di ottusità umana che può capitare a chiunque sulla propria strada. Erano indicativamente le 21.30 di un giovedì e, vista l'ora, il locale era più vuoto che pieno. Sono entrato con una persona in carrozzina chiedendo un tavolo comodo per poter consumare il pasto e stare in compagnia. Ci hanno offerto un tavolo classico quadrato con gamba centrale. Abbiamo chiesto di poterci sedere su di un tavolo rotondo grande a sinistra dell’ingresso per permettere alla persona in carrozzina di porter accomodarsi sotto il tavolo senza avere il problema della gamba centrale che non gli avrebbe permesso di portarsi con le gambe sotto al tavolo. A questa domanda la risposta è stata NON SI PUÒ senza una spiegazione. Dopo varie insistenze, spiegando che non fosse un capriccio ma una necessità il soggetto ci ha risposto: “NON SEI TU A DECIDERE DOVE SEDERTI, MA LO DECIDO IO”. Sentita questa frase ho chiesto di poter parlare con un responsabile di locale con il quale ho espresso la mia difficoltà nel comprendere quale fosse il problema di farci sedere a quel tavolo in un orario e in una sera non di ressa dove tutti i tavoli erano liberi e che la nostra richiesta non fosse dettata da un capriccio ma dalla necessità. Purtroppo anche con questo soggetto non si è arrivati a nulla perché l’unica risposta ricevuta è stata: “NON È POSSIBILE PERCHÉ QUELLO È UN TAVOLO DA 7 E NON DA 3”. Avendo capito che non avremmo ricevuto nessun altro trattamento se non questo, abbiamo deciso di andarcene. In un periodo in cui tanti si riempiono la bocca con termini quali inclusione e rispetto, alla luce di questa mia esperienza, non sempre è sufficiente scegliere il locale in cui trascorrere del tempo su quanto siano buone le pizze, ma altrettanto importante è il trattamento che si riceve dalle persone o soggetti che vi lavorano. Peccato che il minimo che si possa dare è un pallino, perché meriterebbero ben peggio.

28/12/2024: I discovered this place with my cycling companions. An exercise run by true professionals. Neat and clean place. Here you can find the real Ligurian focaccia (how do they make it? Great!). I tried their shrimp and courgette risotto. Excellent! Lots of restaurants don't do it that way. Large and very sweet prawns, a risotto with the right degree of softness. Really excellent. Today I also tasted their ice cream. That's excellent too. Friendly and smiling staff but with elegance. You are really great! Lots of applause 👏 👏

04/02/2025: Apart from waiting for almost an hour, I ordered a pizza with frankfurters which was served to me at the table with raw and cold frankfurters placed on top of the pizza after it had been taken out of the oven. Unfriendly service. I won't be returning.

05/05/2025: Well-kept, large and very welcoming place with ample parking. Suitable for both families, couples or events (birthdays, anniversaries..) Excellent fish and abundant dishes. Excellent service, nice and friendly. Superlative desserts... tiramisu top marks... makes you want to start with the desserts... Fair price, money well spent, you won't be disappointed. ..I can't wait to go back, in good company.

The leek and speck maccheroncini are good, the bigoli with sardines and the sliced ​​beef served on a very hot plate with vegetables is excellent and tender. 22/04/2025: Beautiful restaurant, super organised, very good quality/price of the Easter menu, excellent dishes except the lamb. The only flaw? The waitress with the red glasses (I didn't ask her name) should advise him to avoid making annoyed faces if a customer asks for something. It's true that there was a fixed menu but if you come by to see how many coffees you have to make the minimum is to ask how they want it, like deca or machined, but instead she came by counted the people at the table and said the number of coffees verbally and was leaving, we called her and asked if at least one of the coffees was made with deca and she said yes with an annoyed face. I understand the tiredness because I also did this job but it was a bad thing to see

You are truly spoiled for choice and the dough can be chosen between: - CLASSIC gr. 240: simple dough with water, flour, salt and oil. 48 hours of maturation which makes our product unique and recognizable. - NAPLES: gr. 300: Double leavened dough with 10% biga. Soft and thick dough but at the same time extremely digestible. - PINSA +3 €: Wheat, rice and soy flour, mixed together are finely processed to obtain a mixture with low gluten content. Dough with a high level of hydration. - GLUTEN FREE gr. 240: water, deglutinated wheat starch, brown rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, 4% corn starch, brewer's yeast, lactose-free skimmed milk powder, sugar, sunflower oil, salt, vegetable fibre. - WHOLE GRAIN gr. 240: dough with wheat flour. flour that has not undergone refining processes, rich in bran and wheat germ. 04/03/2025: Bozzolo, I didn't even know about the existence of this tiny town. One thing I can say... anyone who is passing through these areas must stop by to eat the pizza at this very simple pizzeria/bar, where even the waitress/owner Giorgia is good, good, sociable and friendly (even with an unpleasant southerner like me). Superlative pizza in the dough! Excellent in topping and in the lightness of the combination of ingredients. Fair price! Compliments! Chapeau!
