20/06/2026: On my way back from Trentino, around dinnertime, I looked for a pizzeria and went out to Pegognaga! Excellent choice! Truly amazing pizza! Friendly staff, beautiful place, and even outdoor seating! If I may offer one piece of advice... the bathrooms need updating!

01/06/2026: We were passing through and found this place. Easy to get to, with ample parking in front. We chose the daily menu and were impressed by the quality of the dishes. The portions are generous and the food is expertly prepared. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We chose spaghetti with mushrooms and carbonara, which were truly excellent. For our main course, lamb chops and prosciutto with parmesan, along with both grilled and fresh vegetables. We left feeling full and happy. This place will remain in our hearts.

03/05/2026: After several years, we decided to return for dinner here, leaving from Modena, because we remembered the fantastic scialatielli allo scoglio. We asked if they'd bring us a white stria, and they told us they don't make them for takeout (half an hour later, they did, and even on the go, for the regular customer next to us). When we asked for a quarter of still white wine, they told us they only have a slightly sparkling one; in reality, it was very bubbly. We ordered an appetizer to share, a fried dish, and the scialatielli. Mussel and clam sauté: mushy mussels, eight clams, a completely flavorless broth, and the distinct impression of microwave cooking (cold shells on the outside of the plate and hot on the inside). The fried food was searing and flavorless, soft, and greasy. Scialatelli topped with the same mussels as the soute, ditto clams, three or four tiny, dried-out pieces of calamari, two boiled shrimp, and the scallops hidden under the two shrimp because they were embarrassed to have been placed on the plate without any seasoning or flavor, miniature shrimp whose shells you couldn't even pray to remove. Flavorless scialatielli. We left at least half the food on our plate, and strangely, they didn't ask us why or if we wanted to take it home. Not satisfied, we ordered two mascarpone cheeses, which were not bad considering they were clearly mass-produced. Adding a bottle of water and a coffee, the bill came to 80 euros. The place was packed and the pizzas were delicious. Was it our mistake to order fish? We would have done better to cherish the memory of those fantastic scialatielli...

03/07/2026: A very welcoming place, meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. As soon as you enter, you'll notice the extensive wine cellar and the welcoming smile of the owners, who make you feel right at home. The food is always fresh, with a wide selection of both meat and fish. The pizza they make here is a must-try. I consider this place to be the best in the area, both for its management and its food. The wait times are just right for an evening with friends. Highly recommended for both families and groups.

06/07/2026: We came here with friends for dinner in early July 2026. The place looks very nice, very elegant, with both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat inside, and the waiter welcomed us immediately and was very patient with us as we chose our pizzas (which took quite a while). I had a Martina pizza, which was truly delicious, very tasty, with a light crust and not burnt at all. I also had tiramisu for dessert, which was also delicious, and we were even offered limoncello at the end. We truly felt at home from start to finish. I highly recommend this place!!!

17/05/2026: Pizzeria in the city center, with a sign that says "bar and pizzeria," a clean and recently renovated atmosphere. Wide selection, crispy, and delicious pizza. The only downside was that you couldn't order fries on the side. Very friendly staff, and the owner is superb.
