24/03/2026: We went for lunch on Sunday with friends from Emilia who are passionate about culatello. We sampled excellent culatello and then local specialties, from sorbir d'agnoli (a kind of lamb stew) to pike in salsa (a kind of tomato sauce) to sbrisolona (a kind of cake). Even those who wanted a lighter option and seafood found tasty options. The service was excellent, with courtesy and a family-like welcome that adds an extra touch of class. A special lunch.
