11/03/2026: Unfortunately, the pizza isn't special, and we ended up paying a Roman-style bill when some people ate more and others less, and it wasn't specified when booking. I personally paid €28.50 for a pizza and two glasses of water. I won't be returning. Edit after the owner's response: Regarding the Roman-style bill, I didn't say to specify it over the phone; it would be enough to write it down as soon as someone enters the restaurant. Obviously, rather than accepting criticism, it's easier to find an excuse.

23/04/2026: I stopped by with my son for lunch to order two pizzas, and we were disappointed. We ordered a Margherita and a Salentina with extra buffalo mozzarella. The dough and the cooking were good, but unfortunately, both mozzarellas were inedible. So, when we finally asked the restaurant owner for an explanation, we were told that the supplier was the same for all the pizzerias in the area (and therefore industrial-grade mozzarella). So, poor me... I'm a foodie and am willing to pay more for good buffalo mozzarella, so I have to give up. The waitress, however, was very kind and quick... Obviously, I won't be going back there again.

02/02/2026: 260131 Impromptu lunch with a friend: Good diced pork cutlet, adequate service, and a nice atmosphere. I'll be back. Interesting menu, worth exploring. Reasonable price, not low, but considering the quality of the meat, almost justified.

05/04/2026: I ordered two takeout pizzas here. A focaccia and a margherita. When we got home, we discovered that the focaccia was black as coal. It crumbled as soon as we touched it. I went back; the rude owners didn't want to make it again. Never again. A terrible embarrassment, my disappointed girlfriend, and these people were incredibly rude and clever in hiding the charred takeout focaccia.

12/04/2026: We went to this pizzeria on a Saturday night. We ordered a pizza, a burger, and a mozzarella in carrozza (which we ordered as an appetizer, but it came with the burger). The wait was way too long, but I understand it was a Saturday night. However, after all the wait, the pizza arrived incorrectly (we had ordered a pizza with mortadella, pistachio, cherry tomatoes, and stracciatella, and it only came with mortadella; I don't know how the pizza chef managed to make such a pizza), and they didn't even ask us how the burger was cooked. When paying, we weren't even asked if everything was okay, so we didn't even feel like complaining, promising never to return. The only positive note was the waiter who served us, who was very friendly. It's a nice place, even though it says "brewery" on the sign, but they only have a few beers on offer.

07/02/2026: The porcini and scamorza pizza is simply perfect, with a balance of ingredients, friendly staff, and a very clean, industrial atmosphere (which is rare among restaurants that do this). I highly recommend it! Thin-crust pizza, piping hot right down to the last slice!
