We only go because the pizza is very good with quality ingredients and the fritto misto is exquisite, but we lose our appetite every time we go to the cashier and see who's behind us.

17/09/2025: Excellent pizza, very large, very thin, and very crispy. The pizza is well-topped and easy to digest. Menabrea lager and amber beer on tap. Service is fairly quick, the staff is busy, but when it's packed, you need patience, as with any place. The entire space is comfortable but very noisy when crowded. The outdoor seating is available, but I haven't tested it yet. Maybe next time. Personally, I had a good experience. There's street parking nearby, so first come, first served! Oh, I forgot... getting a premolar first is always a good idea.

We were welcomed with pleasure, courtesy, and kindness.
The pizzas are truly delicious! The dough was well-cooked and the pizza was perfectly rolled out, it tasted like a cookie!
The place is exactly as clean as we remembered it from last week.
This place will definitely remain our go-to place when colleagues and I are in the area for work!

09/08/2025: The best pizza ever! Lately, I've been ordering exclusively from them. The flavor is exceptional, the quality is top-notch, and everything is truly perfect. Plus, the staff is incredibly kind: the owner (I assume it's him) is a truly wonderful person.
The place is a real surprise: impeccably clean. I often pay attention to details, and in many places there's dust on the decorations or walls. They always check and find everything spotless, every time!
So: pizza 100/10, kindness 100/10, atmosphere 100/10. Well done, keep it up!

Whenever I’m in Soncino, I eat at least once at Grotta Azzurra - or twice a week.
Great pizzas, they’re super delicious, freshly made, just minutes in the oven and always on point - great place!

11/11/2025: I shared a business lunch there, and I wasn't thrilled. It's a typical stop-off pizzeria, nothing special.
01/11/2025: The atmosphere was average, nothing special but acceptable. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. We ordered a seafood salad appetizer, and the octopus had an unpleasant odor. When we mentioned this to the owner, she responded very rudely, raising her voice and denying any possibility, without even wanting to taste it to verify. She abruptly removed the dishes from the table and, despite everything, still made us pay the full bill, showing no sign of being overly accommodating.
During dinner, a person who we later discovered was the owner's daughter kept circling the tables and coming back every few minutes asking if everything was okay, if we wanted anything else, drinks, a limoncello, etc. Instead of being attentive, the service became very intrusive and prevented us from eating in peace or enjoying the evening.
The pizza, moreover, wasn't particularly good.
Overall, it wasn't a great experience, and we won't be returning.
