We're not there yet. The pizza isn't what it used to be; the quality of the ingredients and the dough has visibly declined. Making things less enjoyable is the service: too pushy. You're not even seated yet, and they're already demanding your order. A historic restaurant should focus on hospitality, not on rushing to clear the table. What a shame.

IT'S THE BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER EATEN. I TOOK THE CROCCIARELLA, IT'S NUVOLA, BUT I WOULD HAVE GAVE IT A 100. ANYONE WHO COMES TO THESE AREAS CAN'T NOT EAT IT. IT'S HIGH, CRISPY, VERY GOOD. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY. THE PLACE IS A LITTLE SMALL, BUT THE PIZZA MAKES IT UP. THE PRICES ARE GREAT. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. THANK YOU

Trattoria Gobbetti Barbara

11/07/2026: A typical old Cremonese trattoria with a cured meats shop at the top. We had the torta fritta, which was slightly greasy, but that's okay. The cured meats were exceptional, the Gorgonzola cheese was a little lacking. The service was "homey," very kind and helpful. The price was average. Everything was very good.
15/03/2026: Pleasantly tucked away in a quiet hamlet where peace and quiet reign, you enter this charming trattoria with its paneled walls, wood and glass doors reminiscent of times gone by, limited seating, and generous table space. The menu selection is excellent, as you can see in the photo. There were also off-menu items, such as casoncelli with pumpkin (which you can see in the photo). Photos also perfectly describe the cured meats with fried gnocco, and the guinea fowl with potatoes and mushrooms. What we noticed was that the cured meats, which are homemade—they even have a shop next to the trattoria—are lightly seasoned, which can be a flaw, while others are a plus. The quality/price/quantity ratio is excellent.

23/07/2026: Overall, 5 stars. The best cured meats and wines. That alone would be enough to tempt you to try it. It's like taking a tour of Italy, but sitting in a tavern-style setting. Imagine a platter of the finest Italian cured meats, rivaling even the best restaurants in Piacenza, and high-quality wines. The owner is a charming and charismatic character. If you appreciate him, you'll have a wonderful evening. The prices are high, but after all, quality comes at a price. It's worth a try.
20/07/2026: Great for a refreshing break with cured meats, quality cheeses, and much more, accompanied by wines and beers. Fantastic. See you in Sanremo.
