02/10/2025: The place is truly beautiful, very elegant.
The staff is courteous and friendly.
The pizza is soft and light. It's a truly good product.
The Tagliere del Fienile is also made with good-quality products and generous portions.
My three stars (mine because they're my personal review) are for the prices, which in my opinion are definitely too high.
I don't question the sourcing of raw materials, the long leavening times, and all the rest.
But €16 for a Margherita is too much, in my opinion.

18/08/2025: Quite a welcoming place, lots of varieties of both pizza and schiacciata, the latter recommended, thin and light dough, rich in mozzarella and ingredients, also worth trying, the classic pizzas are really large compared to the average, improve the place without air conditioning in the hottest periods
11/08/2025: I've been to Diego's many times.
But this time, it was an experience I wouldn't repeat.
Excessive heat.
Customers fanning themselves with menus and wiping their faces with napkins.
Few ceiling fans, and ineffective.
The air conditioning was off, or at least acted as if it were.
The beer got warm after 5 minutes.
I would have left before ordering, but I wasn't alone.
The pizza described as having tomato sauce on the menu arrived practically without it... and with a bit of black crust.

21/09/2025: Awesome skewer, truly, truly delicious. Cooked to perfection. Friendly owner, even if he doesn't know a thing about MotoGP riders. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
20/08/2025: Finally, a place that's up to date with 2025, offering a wide selection of vegan options. Excellent pizza and piadinas. Friendly staff. They make vegan pizza with rice mozzarella. Excellent!

The food is good quality, and especially the girls and the service in general are fast and friendly.

21/12/2023: Un vero peccato: chiamo alle 19,15 per ordinare 4 pizze, mi avvertono che sarebbero arrivate per le 21, un poco tardi ma ok, al massimo avrei avvertito che sarei andata a prenderle. Alle 21,10 chiamo, prima dicono che sono in arrivo, poi richiamano dicendo che le hanno annullate su mia richiesta (?????). Mi dicono che le fanno e tempo della cottura sono da me: dopo 40 minuti sono arrivate (abito a 5 minuti di strada in auto). Sono quasi le 22… mi aspettavo uno sconto, qualcosa alla mia richiesta, dicono di portarle indietro. Scortesia in persona. 2 ore per 4 pizze… A mai più… molto gentile il ragazzo che ha solo eseguito gli ordini. Se potessi darei 0.
