23/05/2026: I went to this place last night, and unfortunately, the experience was decidedly negative, especially due to the complete lack of transparency towards customers. I ordered a plate of gnocco fritto, which was listed on the menu at €7.50. When ordering, the staff asked me if I wanted to add cured meats (a classic combination, so I gladly accepted). The problem? They were careful not to specify that this addition wasn't a small extra, but a true "charcuterie tasting" that cost a whopping €18. To add insult to injury, the cured meats on the plate were few and, in my opinion, of low quality. Finding such a surcharge on the receipt without being informed is unfair. Spending more than €35 for gnocco fritto with cured meats and a spritz is absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for a place with honest service and a fair price, I recommend looking elsewhere. I won't be returning.

19/05/2026: I tried the brunch option and I have to say that Salamensa offers good value. The highlights are definitely the delicacies from the pastries on display and the gluten- and lactose-free options for those, like me, with intolerances... sometimes just a few good options are enough. I would return to try the cuisine (lunch/dinner) because I've always enjoyed Dal Dosso's restaurants.
