30/03/2025: arrived at 8.35pm (closing time at 10pm). as soon as we arrive the waitress brings us the menus and then the glasses, to my question if I could already order she doesn't even give me an answer and we have to wait another 5 minutes for her colleague to arrive. at 8.50pm (after 3 slices of pizza and the place still half full) they come by to ask us if we were still eating a lot. after 3 more slices of pizza I proposed to make half a platter of pizza (there were 2 of us) because the kitchen was closing and they didn't want to make other platters for "a few" people. at 9.20pm they bring us the platter we asked for and in less than 10 minutes they bring us the "pre-bill" because they were closing. at the table behind us with the pizzas still on the plate they brought the coffee and to their question why so soon the answer was: "We are already cleaning the machine". all the waiters were listless and busy cleaning the floors instead of serving customers with the Nutella pizza ready on the cutting board placed in the kitchen, which we paid for as part of the price of the menu, when we had to pay and when we reported that the Nutella pizza was missing, the manager's response was: "I had the Nutella pizza ready here" and to our "it wasn't delivered" his response wasn't even addressed to us but to his colleague who washed her hands saying that they had already brought it to everyone in the room.

16/02/2025: Avendo letto diverse buone recensioni ho deciso di provare questo ristorante più di una volta ma ci sono stati diversi rallentamenti con piatti mancanti , pizze varie volte bruciate e servizio non sempre preciso. Nel complesso posto con ottimo parcheggio ma qualche miglioramento da fare internamente

09/02/2025: Pizze da asporto ritirate presso la pizzeria. Una volta a casa, scopriamo che una pizza era letteralmente bruciata in molt punti. Si fatto, era maculata di posto carbonizzate. Nonostante questo, il pizzaiolo l'ha tranquillamente presa,coperta con la mozzarella in uscita e messa nel cartone, una presa in giro. L'ho mangiata in parte separando i pezzetti, per non sprecarla. Voto no.

03/04/2025: È una pasticceria molto originale, con prodotti ottimi. Ottima la caffetteria. Andrea la new entry è davvero molto accogliente e disponibile, simpatico e una risata è garantita.

24/03/2025: Tutto perfetto,magari darei più scelta per chi é intollerante al lattosio (magari una crema). Nota molto positiva é Andrea, nuovo nella squadra, persona molto piacevole e cordiale. Un saluto a tutti voi!

20/03/2025: Personale cordiale. Abbiamo ordinato una piadina kebab che però era fredda e alla richiesta di scaldarla ci è stato detto che era da mangiare così. Patatine fritte non buone, probabilmente l'olio era da cambiare perché risultavano molto pesanti. In bagno non c'è il fasciatoio per cambiare un neonato e ormai nel 2025 me lo aspetto come servizio base. Inoltre nel locale faceva freddissimo, infatti il personale aveva lo smanicato o il maglione. Mi spiace ma non lo consiglio e non ci tornerei.

07/03/2025: We ordered two pizzas close to closing time. They kindly prepared pizzas for us (to take away, of course). Very good! They are cheap and satisfying. We will definitely be back.

02/01/2025: Mi permetto di scrivere per esprimere la mia delusione in merito alla recente esperienza presso la vostra struttura. La location è veramente splendida, ma purtroppo non è stata sfruttata al meglio, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la qualità della cucina. Ho ordinato un antipasto e un primo piatto, ma entrambi sono stati tra i peggiori che abbia mai mangiato. La preparazione e i sapori erano davvero discutibili, ben lontani dalle aspettative che mi ero fatto. Seppur la sala e il servizio siano stati buoni, la cucina è stata purtroppo un vero punto negativo. Credo che un investimento su un cuoco competente e su un miglioramento della qualità dei piatti possa fare la differenza e valorizzare davvero il vostro ristorante. Sarebbe un peccato non riuscire a offrire un'esperienza completa, considerando il potenziale della location. Peccato veramente.

01/01/2025: Mangiato al freddo senza alternativa nonostante avessimo prenotato per tempo. Cenone ultimo dell'anno. Coperto raddoppiato, e riscaldamento inefficace. Prezzo ovviamente adeguati al cenone ma cibo al limite della decenza. Alle nostre lamentele nessuna ha dato una soluzione o almeno delle scuse ed un tentativo per farci capire che si trattava di un errore. In 4 in famiglia trattati veramente male, personale apparentemente cordiale ma inefficace.

08/04/2025: My wife and I discovered this pastry shop by chance in relation to my brother-in-law's name day for which we had to celebrate on a date on which meini are traditionally consumed. We couldn't find them anywhere and called here. They passed the pastry chef to us who very kindly said that they would prepare them on purpose, since they don't always make them, but according to requests. We later returned, but always only to buy and take away. The various pastries were excellent and we also ordered a cake for my uncle, decided down to the smallest detail between us and the pastry chef. All very good, even if a little expensive. Parking is not easy to find and we never went to sit down for breakfast. The staff is not always Italian and is not always courteous.

08/02/2025: My Italian friends took me there, saying I should eat this for breakfast. That croissant with chocolate cream... It's so delicious😭 I heard the legend that Donatella also picks up Christmas cakes here, so I had a great time settling in the innermost space. There is a hidden space inside. Go in. It feels like a local place✨

01/03/2025: Não gostei muito, acho que deve ser um do tipo pega turista, devido localização próxima a galeria vittorio emanuelle. Pratos caros é bem mais ou menos. Pedi bruscheta de entrada (bem normal) e um carbonara que não estava lá essas coisas.

08/02/2025: Ristorante pizzeria in corso garibaldi con tavoli all’esterno nel periodo estivo. Possibilità di menù a prezzo fisso che lo rendono interessante come opzione per una pausa pranzo. Pizza classica sottile abbastanza buona. Primi e insalate ok. Materie prime non eccelse, ma tutto sommato corrette visto il prezzo. Servizio rapido.

26/02/2025: Per festeggiare (in ritardo) S. Valentino usciamo domenica a pranzo, per la prima volta a Varese in questo locale. E’ grande, molto grande (250 coperti ci dicono), su 2 livelli, ben arredato (forse un po' freddo), simpatica la zona con tanti divanetti stile diner. Prendiamo 2 antipasti, pizzoccheri e risotto alla milanese (più dopo 2 dolci ovviamente) perché non avevamo voglia di pizza. Lodevole il fatto di riproporre piatti della tradizione, con risultati discreti ma non eccezionali. Servizio giovane, prezzi nella media. Torneremo per assaggiare la pizza che sembra il cavallo di battaglia del locale.

02/02/2025: La pizza è buonissima e il personale è attento e efficace. Il locale è accogliente e caldo. Peccato per una tavolata che guardava la partita. Tra urla e bestemmie, spero non li facciano più tornare. Erano completamente fuori luogo.

05/01/2025: La pizza più buona di Milano (e io sono di Milano) : larga , bassa, croccante da quando la inizi a quando la finisci. Di solito le pizze si bagnano e diventano “ciccose”: questa NO! Buonissima la Napoli che ho scelto ma anche la salame piccante,la bufala e quella al prosciutto. Ottimo anche il tirami sú. Consiglio

29/08/2024: Brutta esperienza, locale molto rumoroso non vedevamo l'ora di andare via, tempi di attesa lunghissimi, una pizza inoltre è arrivata anche sbagliata, abbiamo chiesto di rifarla e quella corretta è arrivata dopo un sacco di tempo. Siamo andati via scontenti e con un gran mal di testa.

11/04/2025: Attention scammers! One portion of ice cream costs 10 euros! They ask which cone to choose and show only large cones to choose from. Despite asking whether it is a normal cone and the seller confirming it, when paying, it turns out that it is a large cone. The small, or normal, cones are hidden. The price also does not match the posted price list. Poor quality ice cream. Avoid this place!

12/02/2025: Lately I've been stopping for breakfast because it's convenient for me with the working hours at the moment, but I think I'll change bars... the barmaids have a depressed attitude and are very slow in service, never a smile, in fact they seem annoyed by having customers and one thing that bothered me a lot is the fact that they have a large, long-haired dog that wanders around the tables in the bar and with the brioche boxes placed on the tables because even those are never ready in the display... but Where do we put hygiene? What if there was an allergic customer? If a family member of mine were present I would have to leave immediately so as not to have any problems, I hope the local health authority will pass and take stock of the situation... this is not good!!!
