05/03/2026: I loved everything; you might be a little skeptical at first (it was a former Roman trattoria), but the people who took it over were brilliant, and I'm not ruling it out: the chef is the same as before. Excellent, friendly, and honest!

02/02/2026: Giuliano's seafood cuisine is delicious and carefully crafted, with well-balanced dishes and fresh ingredients. The recently renovated restaurant is welcoming, and the attentive and generous service makes you feel cared for without being intrusive.
Among the dishes you must try are the tagliolini with lobster, spaghetti with clams, and the mixed fried fish, all light and tasty. The selection of wines and desserts completes the experience.
A place that offers distinct flavors and enjoyable moments, with a few small details to discover and appreciate.
01/02/2026: Elegant and refined atmosphere. I went for dinner on Saturday evening. I wasn't very hungry, so I had mixed fried fish, white wine, water, dessert, coffee, and liqueur.
Impeccable service, a well-attended place. I'll definitely be back.

01/03/2026: The restaurant's menu ranges from meat and seafood entrees to pizzas, and overall the food is good.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful. A friend's spaghetti and clams arrived a bit undercooked, and when she mentioned it, the waiter apologized and immediately took it back, having another one made very quickly.
I think it's a bit pricey overall, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

12/03/2026: I recently visited Sorbillo, and I must say the pizza did not disappoint. The dough is light and well-leavened, with a high, fluffy crust typical of authentic Neapolitan pizza. The ingredients are high-quality, and you can taste it.
The place is very popular, but the service is organized and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is lively and informal, perfect for an evening with friends or family.
If you're craving a good Neapolitan pizza in the city, this is definitely a good choice.
28/02/2026: Terrible experience; they turned off the lights while we were eating.
Warm glasses straight out of the dishwasher.
Wet plates.
The appetizer arrived after the pizzas.
Beers and water arrived at the end of the meal.
Staff cleared our plates with the pizza still in their hands.
Absolutely to be avoided.
Gino Sorbillo must have been turning over in bed!

Your place is beautiful, the food was good, the dishes were well-prepared and beautiful 🤩 to look at. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, welcoming, and even friendly 🤗 I didn't give 5 ⭐ because of the prices, which in my opinion were too expensive. Thanks for the lollipop 🍭. Best regards 😘💙
