I just wanted to give a 4 for the service, not for the kindness shown, which is standard in this business. But I want to point out that sometimes there can be long waits and even delivery times, and I emphasize that this is normal and I completely understand. Those 4 stars are more for the users who read them than for a lack of excellence in the pizzeria. Don't think of it as a McDonald's-type place; sometimes you might have to wait, ESPECIALLY if you come on the weekend. Don't make a fuss, don't whine, and wait calmly. Enjoy the ambiance, it's a little gem. Congratulations again to all the staff; it gives me the same serenity as watching '80s American sitcoms!

15/04/2025: The Venegono Pizza Museum is, without a doubt, one of the highest quality takeaway pizzerias I have ever tried. I have known Carmine, Mirella, Jonny and Rosa for a few years and I must say that the passion they put into their work is reflected in every single detail: from the choice of ingredients to the care in preparation. Each pizza is a guarantee: very fresh products, light dough, authentic flavors and great digestibility. They offer an excellent takeaway service and punctual and precise home delivery. When you order from them, you already know you will eat well. Highly recommended for those looking for real quality, even at home.

05/10/2025: Spacious, clean restaurant. The pizza is thin and average. The fish dishes are good and certainly more than acceptable for a restaurant tucked away in the Lomellina area. The recent renovation has significantly worsened the situation. The atmosphere is noisy, making it difficult for even two people to talk at the same table. If you can't eat outside, I strongly advise against it. Extremely long wait times. They've maximized the number of seats, even though the kitchen and wait staff aren't capable of managing the entire dining room.

21/09/2025: We ordered four pizzas, a calzone, and two fries. One pizza was late. We told them. They said they'd make it, and half an hour passed. The guy showed up and charged us for a second delivery. Total: one pizza half an hour late and double-paid for delivery. Congratulations.

21/09/2025: Good service, as we were staying in a hotel just up the road and wanting to go for a swim in the lake, It was great to be able to pop in here and grab ice cream and drinks as we’d stopped here for a sunbathe on the grass area in front and a swim in the lake, there’s some steps leading down into the lake next to the grass area

After an hour of waiting, we asked how much longer we'd have to wait and they told us a few minutes, but another half hour passed... to make a long story short, an hour and a half for two dishes. At the end of dinner, they didn't take our dishes away or ask if we'd like anything else, and finally, we got to the cashier: no greeting, no question about how the dinner went, just "what table?" "Okay, it's... euros." We'll never go back because it's okay to wait, but with limits, and at the very least, the owner herself lacked politeness. Just bad publicity, what a shame.
