06/01/2025: Good and cheap focaccia. Inside there are some tables for on-site consumption. Arm yourself with patience because the queue is long.

01/01/2025: Interesting location above the hills of La Spezia. Excellent quality raw materials, excellent spreading and cooking technique. Excellent final result. Some considerations: 1) dough tends to be bland, perhaps it is a choice to enhance the flavor of the ingredients, but a bit more salt would have enhanced it further 2) The outgoing pizza is finished with a sprinkling of cheese which however is not indicated on the menu. It might bother some. 3) congratulations on the excellent alveolation of the light and blimp dough.

02/01/2025: Restaurant chosen for New Year's Eve dinner between 7pm and 9pm, with à la carte menu, therefore without the option of a fixed menu. Attracted by the positive reviews we wanted to try the place but were a little disappointed. We took four spaghetti with seafood whose taste was not the best, rated 6/10, a tagliolini with lobster rated 7/10 and some gnocchi which were quite good. We then all had a mixed fry (which unfortunately wasn't very "mixed") which was 7.5/10. Finally the desserts were not the best, 6/10. At the end of the evening (8.21pm) we ask for two coffees and the waitress asks us in a pleasant tone to go and get them at the counter because "she needed the table", the place was still "empty", she was almost certainly referring to the customers arriving at 21 when the fixed menu dinner would have started, I don't see the reason to ask a table to get up 40 minutes before when they will be served again, especially when the place is practically empty. This is the only reason for the rating for the service, together with the fact that the POS was not working, I obviously cannot judge, but coincidentally on New Year's Eve it decides not to work? I say this after the fact that, in 6 of us, having taken 6 first courses, 6 mixed fried foods, 5 desserts (and 6 place settings), the total was €25 each, from the à la carte menu we consulted, we would have had to spend more, and since receipt (made on request) was beaten "Fixed menu ×6", but let's try to trust it.

15/01/2025: Very good thin and light pizza. The panigacci with cured meats are excellent. Average prices. The place is a little noisy, but acceptable.

08/01/2025: The place is very large and also has a mezzanine with tables. The service is good even if someone gets distracted watching the game on one of the 3 TVs. The quality is good and the prices normal. It would be advisable to take greater care of the toilets, leaving them always equipped with toilet paper and hand soap. They offer vegetarian panigacci instead of cured meats and this is a good idea.

19/01/2025: Farinata buona, non troppo abbondante e non caldissima. Molte scelte di pizza, buona ma leggermente molla. Dolci buoni: ottimo il tortino, buona anche quella che viene chiamata torta del nonno, seppur non la sia😂
