As a Neapolitan I can say that "PIZZA" is what Anna and Enzo make; it's not a matter of taste, if someone likes it made differently you call it a seasoned cracker, a tomato and mozzarella piadina, a capriccioso biscuit, but not "pizza". And then, pizza is judged the morning after: if you spent the night with a parched mouth, you got up twenty times to drink, it means that the leavening and cooking were not correct; after a pizza at Nostos I spend the night like an angel, I even sleep with a satisfied smile on my lips 😊. 22/02/2025: I entered the pizzeria, as soon as I entered I was served a spectacular Martian with three eyes and three fingers on each hand! Here at Pipeo, my wife ordered a hot calzone but one of their Martians takes the calzone and the cock has met a terrible end! He was put on a catapult to defend the pizzeria from the Nas team. I, on the other hand, ordered a pizza, took two bites and found a smoke grenade, then I asked him why it was there and the Martians replied that it is their tradition to put bombs in pizzas and "bomb" trousers. Then the pizza chefs started speaking in a strange language, saying that the dough was finished, and they used sand to make the dough and called the "sal brigade" for help for the flour. I left the pizzeria and saw a breathtaking battle against Nas! Pizzas flying, trousers bomb from catapults, an explosion of flour outside the pizzeria! I absolutely recommend it for pizza lovers and especially for the "bomba" calzone.

21/02/2025: Not an ugly pizza, I found hair and nails inside and the secondary ingredients had mould, I had ordered a diavola pizza but it seems that the spicy salami is made with human flesh... I absolutely advise against it, here is a photo of the pizza

09/02/2025: Classic pizzeria, quiet environment, good quality food. The freshly baked cecina was spectacular, the best thing of the evening. For the rest, slow service, wrong pizza, found a hair on it, the bathroom was unusable, unfortunately a NO evening (you can stay there) Of everything that could have gone wrong and gone wrong, I really feel like complimenting these guys who seem to put in the maximum effort possible, especially in the service. Keep it up because the pizza was good and the farinata was extraordinary.
