28/08/2024: Excellent menu. All good....the location is not characteristic but I had a very good time. Toilets in excellent condition. There is parking in the area, not a lot but it's available. I recommend dinner. After all this I give a well-deserved five stars.
27/08/2024: It was so good!! Fried seafood, baked spaghetti! Waitress at the top, smiling and very friendly.

18/08/2024: Overrated. Very standard pizza, and all types have a similar taste. The crowd is just because Adam Sandlar had lunch there one time. It's not worth waiting in a very long queue for a table.
16/08/2024: Tiny restaurant with 6 seats inside and about 30 seats outside. Very busy at lunch time with only 1 waitress and 1 child waiter - not enough to deal with the number of customers. This means you're left with long waits to be seated and long waits to be served. People coming tend to jump at an empty table and then wait for it to be cleared at some point.
When the food arrives it is good, but probably just as good as with other, less stressful places. Pizzas are overly big but have a thin crust so not too filling - you can easily share between 2 for a lunch. Focaccia and cold plates are also good. Salads are simple.

30/08/2024: Very noisy restaurant. The waiters come and ask 3 times if we have chosen even though we have been seated for barely 5 minutes and laugh when someone tries to pronounce a dish in Italian. Finally, the plates are cleared for two people while another is still eating. And all this for an exorbitant price with minimal portions.
28/08/2024: Food was phenomenal, I've spent days dreaming about the spaghetti!

04/08/2024: Great food, we had an absolute feast and the staff were friendly to accommodate us at the very last minute, despite the busy time of the weekend!
03/08/2024: One word... Embarrassing... Never mind the service, 8 of us eat at a table of 6... we ask the young waiter for another table but nothing to do... The rude elderly waiter intervenes and tells us that we have a person arriving ..but even with one less person we were still cramped.. I keep in mind that we had booked.. Not even an apology and there was still more to come from him... Never more than

18/06/2024: Ristorante sul lungomare di Santa Margherita Ligure, offre un'ottima scelta di piatti, in una location estremamente interessante. Bellissima la veranda, da cui si può godere lo spettacolo del porto turistico di Santa Margherita.
I piatti sono di ottima qualità, serviti in porzioni abbondanti.
Il personale è cortese, disponibile e non invadente. Il servizio è veloce, nonostante ogni piatto venga preparato al momento (e questa cosa è scritta nel menù, dove ci si scusa per eventuali ritardi nella preparazione, cosa mai capitata nella mia esperienza).
Considerato il posto, i prezzi sono assolutamente adeguati.
Quando tornerò a S. Margherita, il ristorante "Da Alfredo" sarà casa mia!!!
Grazie a tutti per avermi consentito di festeggiare alla grande il pranzo delle mie nozze d'argento!!!
11/06/2024: Locale storico di Santa Margherita Ligure del quale avevo un bel ricordo, ma dopo la recente esperienza non credo che tornerò. Antipasto misto insipido e orata con salsa al limone che sembrava cotta a vapore, la salsa inesistente e due fettine di limone appoggiate lì…per non parlare della pulizia del pesce, pieno di spine! Ai miei compagni è andata meglio, ma niente di memorabile. Peccato

07/04/2024: Provato la pizza da asporto a pranzo diverse volte nei giorni di chiusura dei soliti locali noti o se particolarmente di corsa e con poco tempo per pranzare.
Sicuramente non tra le più buone provate ma non così terribile come ho letto nelle altre recensioni, non da forno a legna ma mangiabile ed economica.
