16/01/2026: Shameful. When ordering, I asked for a plate of pasta, either with tomato sauce or plain, for my two-year-old. The woman replied that they don't serve first courses in the evening, only second courses...ok...so I see that it's possible to have a hamburger. The young lady replied that it's too big for the child and, besides, they only serve it in a sandwich. I won't add anything else...obviously, we left this place, and we'll definitely never return. Customer service: zero. I've never seen anything like this before. How can you not find a way to prepare something for a two-year-old, considering that the kitchen was working and we weren't asking for parrot tongues? Absolutely not recommended if you have small children.

21/01/2026: We went to Bitta during the Christmas holidays. The pizza was good (as always), but the service was strange (when we asked for some chili pepper, the young waiter replied that it wasn't possible because all the chili pepper jars were already on other tables 😳😳😳) (we'd never heard such a response before 😅).
15/01/2026: After New Year's Eve dinner, we made a last-minute reservation, and the very kind lady reserved a table for us on the heated outdoor terrace with a mushroom.
We chose this place because, unlike others, it didn't impose a mandatory menu.
We ate what we wanted... (Even though it was New Year's Eve)
And I feel like we made the right choice.
The waitresses were polite and prepared with a short wait.
The food was good.
We'll be back.

25/01/2026: As always, an excellent pizza!!! Among the best!! A bit of a wait, but normal for a Saturday night.
24/01/2026: Very bad experience.
Despite arriving very early, we were denied a table under the porticoes, even though other identical tables were free. We were placed on the street, uncovered, with dust and plant debris falling from the apartments above. Reported several times, no action was taken, and no table was changed.
Aperitif served almost exclusively with ice.
The meat was burnt, sweet, and unpresentable; it was sent back.
Unacceptable wine management: bottle never shown, unidentifiable and undrinkable wine. After sending it back, the same glass was returned.
Disorganized and unprofessional service.
Not recommended. We won't be returning.

19/01/2026: This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always prepared with great care, and the service is quick and professional. Both the pizzas and the main courses are excellent. One of the typical desserts is the Neapolitan pastiera, which my grandmother also made, and although I'd never say it in front of her, theirs is just as good.

Affordable prices for the quality and quantity.

18/01/2026: We were there last night and today we are both very sick. The pizza was disgusting and smelled so bad that we had to leave half of it. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough and we both suffered food poisoning. Avoid.

15/10/2025: Lovely and very simple atmosphere, with barrel-shaped tables and uncomfortable stools! Definitely more of a takeout pizzeria than a served one. Typical Genoese pizza, very tasty, crispy, and with good ingredients. Lots of choices on the menu! The service is fast, friendly, and kind. We'll definitely be back from Naples! Thank you!

31/07/2024: Esta pizzería es la mejor en la que he estado, la pizza era excelente, incluso tan bueno que tuvimos que venir allí dos veces. Las camareras eran muy agradables y sabían inglés muy bien. Pudimos ver al chef cuando hizo la pizza y nos sorprendió su técnica y lo rápido que era.
Lo recomendaría en el más fuerte!

Si te gusta la pizza de corteza fina con mucho sabor suave, prueba este lugar.
Servidores muy amables y hospitalarios, muy muy buena pizza

20/09/2024: Assolutamente la migliore pizzeria di Chiavari, l'ambiente è accogliente ma piccolo per cui è meglio prenotare.
I fans di Vasco ne possono andar fieri.
La pizza Portofino e la pizza Silvia sono le migliori, a mio avviso.
Se passate per Chiavari dovete assolutamente passare da I Verdi.

25/01/2025: Personalmente non mi è piaciuto. Trovo inoltre poco cortese il signore alla cassa , sbuffa perché gli abbiamo fatto perdere 20 secondi al momento di pagare. Non fanno conti separati.
