I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Liguria

09/03/2025: Locale molto affollato che lavora tantissimo con personale tutto molto gentile compreso il titolare (o gestore) quindi si possono perdonare alcune inefficienze ed errori nel servizio. Vario menù di pizze rosse e molte bianche, oltre a focaccia al formaggio e tagliere. Positiva la possibilità di scegliere diversi impasti e concezione del menù teoricamente interessante. La pizza è grande e molto molto sottile. In questi casi tuttavia ci si aspetterebbe una pizza "scrocchiarella", alla romana per intenderci. Le pizze invece sono pallide e con una consistenza "elastica", sembrano poco cotte e non bellissime a vedersi. Poco felice secondo me la scelta del pomodoro che mi pare sia passata, personalmente preferisco polpa fine o pelati che quando il pomodoro è buono ne mantengono meglio il gusto e la dolcezza, non particolarmente degno di nota il fiordilatte. Buoni gli altri ingredienti. Pizza che alla fine è nella media di molti locali, tenendo conto di tutto ciò secondo me le pizze sono un po' care, il prezzo a mio avviso è giustificato solo dal fatto di essere la pizzeria situata a Carignano. Diciamo che il sito mi aveva alimentato aspettative più elevate Locale adatto e ospitale per una pizzata di gruppo.

The service was impeccable: the staff is kind, smiling and attentive and always available, able to put you at ease from the first moment. So very professional! The food is delicious, with well-prepared dishes, rich in flavor and prepared with fresh ingredients. The pizza, in particular, is really delicious: light and digestible dough, perfect cooking and generous but well-balanced toppings. The environment is very welcoming, with attention to detail and a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for both a dinner with friends and for a more intimate occasion. I highly recommend this place to those looking for quality, taste and a welcome that makes the difference. I will definitely be back! Thank you

31/10/2024: Un lugar bastante bueno para comer algo rápido cuando visite esta bonita ciudad. Tuve un buen salami pizza tenía una pasta y ensalada. Toda la comida estaba bien y a un precio razonable, pero llegar temprano si quieres que todas las opciones de menú estén disponibles.

08/01/2025: Very very simple place, pizza with a thin and digestible dough but the sausage on top wasn't good so I discarded it. The chop was good, soft and juicy, the seafood salad was poor and looked like the kind bought at the supermarket in a plastic tub. Fairly insignificant carafe wine. I saw mixed fried and grilled fish passing by and they looked like nice dishes, but I can't comment because we didn't choose them.

10/03/2025: Casa della Pizza is now our point of reference when my husband and I want a really good pizza! We have been ordering for more than 8 years and have always had a great time. And our pizzeria that warms our hearts. Last night we had two kebab pizzas that were too good!!! The dough is wonderful, the ingredients are truly always fresh and tasty. We really tried everything on their menu. The novelty of the kebab and both piadina and pizza kebab are absolutely fantastic. The guys are always friendly and kind. For us it is always a guarantee. Highly recommended! Absolutely must try!! Well done guys,💪😃

05/01/2025: Buongiorno abbiamo prenotato per cena Credevo meglio anche perché locale sempre pieno. Ci hanno fatto sedere nel deor fuori molto stretto e molto vecchio, ogni volta che passava qualcuno mi urtava spostando la sedia poi molto rumore. Abbiamo preso antipasto di mare caldo e due fritti. Antipasto era praticamente quasi tutte cozze metà erano molto piccole.i fritti costano 22 euro calamari con tre gamberi e 20 solo calamari mentre nei locali vicini in media 15 euro la frittura nell insieme i fritti erano buoni ma antipasto sotto la media. Ampi margini di miglioramento comunque ho speso 70 euro prendendo solo un acqua naturale nemmeno il caffè. Non credo di ritornare Saluti Mauro

10/10/2024: Sfortunatamente ho ben poco da dire oltre alla parola pessimo! Agosto terribilmente caldo vengo qui nella speranza di refrigerio Tenendo presente che dovrebbero avere un condizionatore adeguato alla sala e in effetti Vedo tre split di cui due non funzionanti E infatti, dopo due minuti già sudavo e lasciare la porta aperta certo non ha aiutato. venendo al cibo, un primo da dimenticare come ho fatto e la grigliata forse neanche mediocre.

Not wanting to rage further, I will refrain from describing my experience. I strongly advise against anyone who wants to try this place

05/01/2025: La pizzeria offre una buona pizza, con impasti gustosi e ingredienti freschi, ma purtroppo talvolta le pizze arrivano un po’ bruciate, cosa che rovina leggermente l’esperienza. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma l’aspetto trasandato potrebbe lasciare un’impressione poco curata. L’ambiente potrebbe beneficiare di un po’ di manutenzione: molti tavoli sono instabili o presentano scheggiature, e si nota qualche traccia di polvere qua e là. Se venissero curati meglio i dettagli, l’atmosfera sarebbe sicuramente più accogliente e invitante. Nonostante questi piccoli difetti, è un posto che merita una visita per la qualità della pizza. Consigliato, ma con qualche riserva.

10/03/2025: Pizza buona e leggera, consiglio di prenderne una bella farcita perché essendo molto sottile si rischia di finire avendo ancora fame. Si digerisce bene e non dà sete nelle ore successive. Nota negativa il fortissimo odore di cibo che rimane sui vestiti, bisognerebbe attuare un qualche sistema di ricircolo dell’aria perché ci si ritrova a odorare di pizza per giorni se non si lavano subito i vestiti
