26/07/2025: 1 star because I can't give 0. Truly terrible service. Despite having made a reservation, upon arrival we waited 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The appetizers, which were also good, and the first bottles of water arrived within a reasonable time. From then on, however, the service deteriorated significantly. After a 50-minute wait for the first course, we called a waitress to ask how much longer; she replied that the dishes hadn't yet been sent to the kitchen and took the dirty dishes away. At that point, we asked for another bottle of water, which arrived only 40 minutes later, and only after a second request. The empty bottles hadn't yet been taken away, so we had to carry them to the bar ourselves. Finally, an hour and a half after ordering, the food arrived. Instead of the chili burrito, we got the chicken one, but so as not to prolong the wait any further, we didn't complain. The fajitas tasted like dish soap and were inedible. Finally, after paying, we reported the problems to the waitress at the register, who replied that she hadn't served us and that the restaurant was busy that night (incidentally, no waiter served us more than once, and one of them was actually the one at the register).

29/06/2025: Very good food and above all very kind staff. The terrace overlooking the sea is wonderful and also the environment is very pleasant. I will definitely come back.

08/07/2025: Everything was great in Draft Pub ! It checks all the boxes. We were welcomed with a big smile, seated right away … the waiter took our order and the food arrived very quickly and well hot ! Maaaaaan the food was amaaaazing … I took Fish and Chips and my wife gnocchi pesto. It was so good that I took another plate, that arrived as quickly as the first ! Thanks to everyone in the Pub we had a great moment and for sure I’ll come back 🙏

16/04/2025: We had a "cocktail". Just disgusting. It was just different types of pure alcohol... No juices, syrups or similar. The bartender probably just looked at the menu to see what ingredients were in there and randomly poured them into the glass. For about 100ml you pay €8 Just usury...

16/07/2025: Historic restaurant in La Spezia. The place to go for authentic, traditional food. Light and tasty pizza dough. Excellent first courses and appetizers. All in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

05/05/2025: Poor service and obscene environment. I went to eat there with a group of tourists and I was lucky that the food was good, because otherwise nothing would have been saved. They put us outside, practically on the street, sitting on a slope on bar chairs, under very dirty curtains that didn't even cover the entire table... and then moved us inside in case of rain, where however there wasn't room for everyone... In fact, some literally got caught in the rain. This only happened because they accepted far more people than necessary, more than they could pamper. So I can't say how they thought about it, because either they're greedy or they're stupid.

14/07/2025: I often go there when I arrive late at the port. Or because I leave the port late until 11pm, you can still have dinner peacefully.

08/07/2025: After years of not going there I found the food no longer as good as before. The Pizza tasted of nothing, panigacci without praise and without infamy that arrived already lukewarm with stracchino hard as marble, without gorgonzola that they used to give. Service ok. Little or no waiting. In short I found it changed, unfortunately worsened.

28/06/2025: After being ignored for more than half an hour by the waiters without bringing us menus or cutlery, we got up and left. The guy at the pizzeria responded to our protests with condescension and almost wanted to be right. Absolutely to be avoided

25/06/2025: I went to a party 🥳 Saturday, June 21st to congratulate a friend on buying a new house. Despite having paid for the drinks (because I left before the end of the evening) and having clearly expressed to the manager not to make her pay, I discovered the next day that they had also made her pay for the drinks.... In addition to the manager, the waitress was also present.... A VERY BAD experience because above all what should have been a positive surprise on my part turned out to be anything but....

13/07/2025: The bathroom was very well-maintained, although the sunbeds were expensive. As for the restaurant, the food was very good (the mixed fried fish was truly excellent), but the service seemed a bit haphazard. In fact, I didn't have any cutlery, but I'd already been served my first course. Nonetheless, I recommend it.

13/07/2025: Everything was perfect!!! Very fresh fish, excellent service, and a wonderful view. I have wonderful memories of this beach resort, going there as a child, and now every time I go back it makes me really happy. I can't wait to go back. (The seafood risotto was delicious.)

13/07/2025: Good pizzas and nice young waiters, but terrible acoustics inside the restaurant and the owner scolds the young employees and messes with the service and generally seems very angry. A bit too long a wait for both ordering and food delivery.

28/06/2025: On the website they say home delivery, but when he heard it was only 2 pizzas he hung up.

03/08/2025: That is really great place if you are in Vallebona! Everything is perfect - service, location and food. Note, in summer season reservation is really necessary to be seated.

28/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati a mezzanotte per bere qualcosa e ci hanno accolti volentieri e molto ospitali Abbiamo preso delle birre e ci hanno portato focaccia farcita (molto buona ) e a una nostra amica celiaca le ha portato senza chiedere un piatto di formaggio con miele Veramente molto gentili

22/07/2025: I ordered two marinara pizzas to go. Even though it was almost closing time, they made them for me without batting an eyelid. I paid €4 per pizza, and they were very good!

04/05/2025: Di ritorno dalla Francia, 14 km di coda fra Albenga e Spotorno, usciamo per tagliare fuori verso Alessandria. Fame. Carcare. Pizzeria la Sirena. Il nome richiama. Ottima scelta. Gestori gentilissimi. Pizze superlative. Prezzo veramente economico. Ci spiace solo che è stata da asporto .. ma se fossimo vicini sarebbe da farci abbonamento

05/06/2025: Locale con apparenza di bar situato vicino ai giardini della stazione Brignole. In realtà è possibile anche cenare, scegliendo tra svariate pizze (su cui abbiamo raccolto opinioni contrastanti al tavolo), alcune pinse (abbastanza buone), farinata e pasta (di cui abbiamo intravisto alcune vaschette che sembravano surgelate). L'ambiente è un po' angusto e risulta caotico in caso d'affollamento. Dopo una certa ora alla sera iniziano musica dal vivo/karaoke (a volume un po' troppo alto). Prezzi economici per i dolci, più cari per il resto. Da migliorare il servizio, un po' confusionario e molto lento.

24/07/2025: Cover a obligatory tax of 3€ per person on the bread, not good food, just eat in any other place, can’t be worse than this
