21/02/2026: We went to Da Franco restaurant in Tivoli for lunch on a Sunday, asking first if there was availability. They said yes.
We arrived at 1:00 PM, but by 3:30 PM, nothing had been served except the appetizer. There was a birthday party that day, and while we understood the importance of the event, we had the distinct impression that priority was given exclusively to the guests, completely neglecting the other customers.
After a two-and-a-half-hour wait, without receiving our ordered dishes, we were forced to leave at 3:30 PM, having only consumed the appetizer.
A restaurant should guarantee adequate service to all its customers. If you can't handle multiple tables at once, especially on Sundays, you should organize yourself better or limit reservations.
A very disappointing experience. Terrible service.

08/03/2026: Unfortunately, my experience at this McDonald's wasn't a positive one. I've had the staff forget to put some of the items I've ordered in the bag several times, and this is quite annoying when you only notice it afterwards.
Furthermore, the staff isn't very friendly, and the atmosphere isn't the best. There's always a dispute over the bag without a handle: they often force you to pay for it, and it becomes a source of argument.
Another problem concerns the drinks: they're often undrinkable because they were probably prepared too long ago and left there before being delivered.
I tried to speak to the manager to report the situation, but unfortunately, he wasn't very kind or helpful. I hope they improve their order management and customer service in the future.

13/01/2026: I spent 78.30 euros on pizza and supplì, both the pizzas and the supplì arrived burnt, when I called to NOTIFY, the lady told me that she doesn't believe it and that the supplì must be burnt to melt the mozzarella, I don't recommend it

ANTIPASTI IN PISCINA, CENA ALL'INTERNO DELLA VERANDA, DOVE LA TAVOLA APPARECCHIATA PER L'OCCASIONE HA COLPITO PER LA RAFFINATEZZA LA FESTEGGIATA E I SUOI OSPITI, PER POI PROSEGUIRE CON GLI OTTIMI PIATTI, GUSTOSISSIMI E BEN PRESENTATI....TORTA FATTA DA LEI BELLA ALLA VISTA E DELIZIOSA E BRINDISI IN PISCINA ILLUMINATA DA SUGGESTIVE LUCINE..... 26/03/2025: Il ristorante Cavallino Rosso, situato nel cuore di Tivoli, è una vera gemma culinaria che sorprende piacevolmente i suoi ospiti. Nonostante l’aspetto esterno possa sembrare modesto, l’esperienza gastronomica offerta è di altissimo livello. La cucina di mare è il fiore all’occhiello del locale, con piatti a base di pesce freschissimo e di qualità eccellente, preparati con maestria dallo chef Simone Martorana.
09/03/2025: La pizza migliore del mondo! Le recensioni negative che leggo non sono affatto veritiere! E’ più costoso rispetto allo standard ma la qualità dei prodotti è talmente elevata che giustifica il prezzo!

05/07/2025: abbiamo cenato qui in famiglia ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa.
Dagli antipasti ai primi e ai secondi tutti di altissima qualità.
Consigliato sopratutto se cercate una soluzione tranquilla e lontana dal trambusto della cittadina.
Servizio impeccabile.

18/04/2024: Sunday lunch. We sit outside because it was a beautiful day... outside means on an open space that absolutely needs to be tidied up and made usable at least. There were three tables placed at random, to be set.
A very kind boy served us for goodness sake... But all dirty with food and with the bandana and kitchen jacket.... But how do you get the chef to serve you??? We had the cut made again, it also had an old salad next to it, which they called a side dish..
The only dish that made it worth it were the kebabs, which were very good. I give 3 stars only because the chef was very nice in his service, at least he tried.
15/04/2024: Dopo aver fatto delle ricerche on-line decidiamo di prenotare presso questo ristorante per la formula all you can eat arrosticini che pubblicizza on-line su vari siti ma solo al momento dell'ordine ci viene detto che la formula all you can eat non c'è più nulla incontrario ai cambiamenti di strategia di mercato che un titolare di esercizio commerciale voglia adottare...ma ciò se non erro si chiama PUBBLICITÀ INGANNEVOLE

15/06/2025: Il locale è in un bel conteso di olivi secolari, ma piuttosto trascurato sia nell'esterno che nell'interno, avrebbe bisogno almeno di una bella rinfrescata. Purtroppo la cucina sarebbe tradizionale, ma per me tradizionale significa anche ottima e non posso dire questo per la mia esperienza. Cannelloni insapori, amatriciana insignificante, affettati dozzinali... la pizza la fanno solo a cena. Non abbiamo potuto assaggiare neanche i fritti perché anche quelli solo a cena. Appena una sufficienza scarsa, non torneremo
05/06/2025: Abbiamo prenotato la cena di fine anno scolastico.. pizza no stop.. abbiamo mangiato 4 SPICCHI DI PIZZA A PERSONA.. l'impasto è finito dopo solo 4 pizze.. Servizio pessimo e lento, pizze inaccettabili... rosse e bianche.. allego le foto per rendere l'idea... fritti iniziali freddi. INACCETTABILE.

24/11/2024: non consiglio ordini ti dice sì ok poi ti arriva la pizza diversa e tu paghi lo stesso potevano chiamare e dirlo che la pizza in quel modo non si poteva fare non sono sinceri con i clienti
