Su 3 pizze ce ne fosse stata una come cristo comanda. La mia amatriciana è stata una margherita con guanciale e basilico, e a casa mia l’amatriciana si fa con pecorino e non mozzarella, e non ricordo proprio il basilico di mezzo.
La diavola era tutto che diavola, con un salame che non era per niente piccante,ma vabbè.
Come ultima, la pizza con rucola, porcini e pancetta…. Porcini accettabili, la rucola era eccessiva e nessuna treccia di pancetta.

18/04/2025: I have ordered several pinsas here from Staglio and every time it is a confirmation: light doughs, seasonal, quality ingredients and always delicious combinations, even in the special pinsas. One better than the other!
Even the fried foods are worth it!
The owners are always very kind and super helpful, and punctuality in deliveries is impeccable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a really good pinsa, made with love, care and passion!

21/12/2024: The pizza is very good with quality ingredients, the staff is courteous and the place is very nice. Prices are normal. The location is central and is excellent for those who have to travel as it is close to the station.

17/04/2025: For a short stay in Aprilia I was a customer of this place twice, one dinner and one lunch. In both cases I had a good time, nothing to say other than BRAVI. Bright, spacious room. Friendly, fast, well-organized waiters. Tasty "Roman" food. See you soon

Antipasto di fruttini misti appetitosi e serviti caldi.
Pizza a volontà in centro tavola con possibilità di scelta tra diversi gusti.

05/05/2025: I went to the Islands on May 3rd to celebrate my birthday and that of a friend: a truly positive experience. Everything was excellent, from the plentiful and tasty food to the fast and helpful staff. It was a table of 23 people and we were served quickly and without long waits. We took the pizza menu and some meat menus, it was all good and hot. Good prices and also excellent entertainment, there was karaoke. We had a really good time, I thank the owners for the good impression I made with the guests and with the other birthday boy who didn't know the place. We will happily return!
02/05/2025: Leave it alone. I went twice. The first raw and unleavened pizza, we all felt sick. The second a few days ago with school and the end-of-school menu. A scandal. Supplied old and reheated (badly), raw chips, polenta (on 24 June) which was not polenta but semolina. Not even the one that can be done in 4 minutes. Geriatric ward stuff. The "bruschetta" barely warmed up, the rubbery pizza.
I will never go again. Too bad because the place offers a lot of space. But food is not for them. The manager couldn't be found, I complained to a waiter who obviously shrugged his shoulders.

12/12/2024: Excellent pizza by the slice and the sandwiches are very good. They have a 6 euro sandwich menu which is large and very tasty. The fries are also delicious.
17/11/2024: Very good pan pizza and very easy to digest. Fantastic management. Ketogenic products (pizza, biscuits, tarts) are equally good. What can I say...highly recommended if you happen to be in Aprilia
