The menu was good quality; I understood it was a gourmet dinner, but the appetizer and dessert were nonexistent, while the other courses varied depending on the table.
The first tables served received normal portions, while the last tables received rationed portions.
Furthermore, the music was nice, but deafening, from 9:00 PM until we left at 2:00 AM. Without a break, it was impossible to have any conversation with the other diners.
In short, for the price we paid, it wasn't worth it.

From the menu, it was immediately clear that this is a restaurant for tourists, with small portions and high prices.
It's a shame, many years ago, it was a good restaurant.
15/03/2026: Very nice restaurant. We only had pasta. I had the tagliatelle with chinghiale and it was excellent. My cousin had the gnocchi with porcini that looked great and he said was very good. I will definitely return on my next visit to Rome.

31/01/2026: I ordered two round pizzas, a supplì, and two croquettes. Finally, a pizzeria that offers quality products at a fair price.
Praise to the potato croquettes and the pizza in general. Good dough, lots of ingredients, and well-distributed. It was also quite large. The owner is friendly, and they are punctual.

04/12/2025: I was here tonight... what can I say... Civitella hides a quality treasure that deserves to be discovered... The dough is the real surprise, and even the appetizer is a timeless Italian and Roman experience reminiscent of the cuisine of yesteryear. It's impossible not to notice the effort of a perfectionist. Never change. Stay the same. Truly a special dinner. Thank you.
25/08/2025: Personally, I had a great time. The staff was friendly, the pizzas arrived quickly, and they were delicious. My favorite is the white base with mozzarella, salmon, and a little arugula. I rarely see it on pizzeria menus, but not only is it on their menu, it's one of the best I've ever had. I also found the dough very light and easy to digest. I'll be back if I get a chance.

27/02/2026: Excellent pizza, no doubt. The blonde lady is very kind. It's a shame that when there's a lot of people, she gets a bit confused with the bills. You might want to check if they tare the pizza to take it away so it doesn't include the cardboard.
Anyway, I highly recommend this place regardless.

After terrifying experiences, we've finally found a pizzeria that deserves all our praise.
Shallow, well-topped Roman pizza, well-leavened, perfectly cooked, and incredibly delicious options.
At home, we have children who suffer from reflux and hiatal hernia, and therefore are prone to digestive problems if the dough isn't properly leavened!
Last night, none of this happened; on the contrary... excellent digestibility!
Delivery service was VERY ON TIME!
Highly recommended!
