21/12/2023: Beautiful environment 2 steps from Testaccio, very scenic dishes and excellent wines. The fettuccine with saffron, courgette flowers and mushrooms are noteworthy. We will definitely be back

05/11/2023: If you don't laugh at it you'll cry! It all started wrong with Google's incorrect directions, which at least try to make you understand that it's time to change your mind, leading you completely astray. Despite this, by calling the restaurant you manage to arrive at the appointed time (table booked) and after 15 minutes of waiting (it's raining outside) to be seated. Orders start immediately for 5 mains for 5 diners, one each and more precisely 3 first courses and 2 second courses. 15 minutes pass, then 30, then 1 hour, then 1 hour and a half, then 1 hour 50 minutes, 2 first courses arrive 2 minutes after the third first course 15 minutes after the 2 meat dishes. First courses of the Roman tradition, unfortunately overcooked and very salty pasta. The meat requested with medium rare was undercooked. I'm very sorry because I have guests from outside and I don't know how to apologize. Our dinner ends here we go to pay the bill (total madness €€€€€) I ask to divide it into 2 I am told yes but then before I look up the girl puts everything on a single card. Total disaster! Amateurs in turmoil. Maionchi would say :"IT'S NO!"❌ BEWARE PEOPLE. Catering is a serious business and asking an arm and a leg for mediocre dishes even makes you feel robbed. I hope you consider the criticisms of this one of mine and other similar reviews that unfortunately I have read in order to improve as soon as possible but it takes a lot of effort and dedication.

16/12/2023: Pizza veramente molto buona impasto sfizioso e digeribile e interessante varietà di gusti per non parlare del personale veramente molto gentile

15/12/2023: Probabilmente una delle migliori pizze al taglio di Latina! Impasto leggero, digeribile e perfetta croccantezza. Materie prime buone e ben calibrate. Superlative anche le pizze tonde. Nella norma i fritti. Personale efficiente, molto gentile e cortese. Ben organizzati e precisi anche con le consegne dirette a domicilio. Le pizze arrivano calde e fragranti. Bravi!!! Avanti così!

04/02/2024: Let me start by saying that the pizza alla pala is well leavened, light and crunchy, the outer edge is a little high and remains free of seasoning. I tasted two types of pizza: one with artichokes and mozzarella, the other margherita. The first was seasoned satisfactorily, the second however had very little mozzarella, little tomato, no basil at all and was a little dry. The service was quick, the tables were all occupied and the environment was therefore quite noisy. Prices normal.

25/01/2024: The pizza is good, the place is cute, the staff are friendly and the bill is honest. They don't do fried dishes as appetizers but they make up for it with excellent platters
