Here in Winter so was quite. When the locals come out in the cold and are eating in here you know it's good.
Not expensive for the quality of food and service you get.
If your ever around here call in and eat it's worth the detour.

The waitress was very kind, and the wait time was more than acceptable.

It's a discovery, a delight, not your average takeout slice. A warm and welcoming place, suitable for small groups; reservations are recommended for a nice, informal evening. Outdoor seating on the street is limited, in the restricted traffic zone.
07/02/2026: Average pizza, in terms of quality. It's thick and comes in a single slice, so the quantity is smaller than a regular pizza. Unfortunately, it's often cold, perhaps because they add the extra ingredients while they're still cold.

17/11/2025: A great pit stop on the way to the sea.
We enjoyed excellent dishes balanced between the mountains (mushroom tagliatelle) and the Lunigiana (testaroli), and an equally delicious pork fillet with Chianti. The owner was friendly and chatty. The prices were fair, and... we'll definitely be back. A tip: while you're there, wander over to the Romanesque cathedral dedicated to San Moderanno. It's worth it!

23/02/2026: We went on a Saturday night, and the service was very friendly. The pork shank was a hit, as was the burger.
The freshly fried churros were truly excellent, but the strudel, which had been reheated in the microwave, was a bit less delicious.
If you're in Salsomaggiore and want to eat meat at a reasonable price, this place is an excellent option.
18/02/2026: Excellent quality food, well-cooked. The churros were crispy, hot, delicious, and perfect. The torta fritta served hot with cold cuts was delicious. The burritos and tacos were plentiful and well-made.

10/03/2026: I was expecting a standard pizzeria, but instead I found a very pleasant place with a friendly atmosphere and service from young, motivated people. The pizza was unusual but very good and sophisticated—truly a real surprise! The beers were excellent too!
