06/06/2026: The food wasn't bad, but we had to ask the older waitress several times for lemon for the water, then asked the younger waitress, who brought it quickly. We ordered a first course to share (from the older waitress), and two arrived, which were still good. The welcome was warm and the service was very helpful.

17/07/2026: We ate here during our holiday. Upon arrival, a lady who spoke English was brought over. Very nice, as our Italian is poor. Unfortunately, after that came a waitress who spoke no English and made no effort at all to understand us, despite using a few Italian words (we genuinely tried our best). As a result, the starter and main course were served at the same time. The salad was brownish and bland. The pizzas, however, were tasty with a good thin crust. The tiramisu was delicious! It is a charming terrace and fortunately some of the waitresses were friendly. That's why it still gets 4 stars.

03/05/2026: I ate a gluten-free pizza, hoping for a good experience, especially given the price. It had the shape and consistency of a focaccia, thicker than any other pizza al taglio, and something must have gone wrong with the leavening process, as both I and the other person woke up in the night with hot flashes and terrible thirst. It's a shame that people with a condition like celiac disease have to find themselves in unpleasant situations like this. If you offer a service, I believe it should be adequate and of high quality.

22/04/2026: It is a bistro in the closed market at the piazza dell popolo. I had gluten free pizza with prosciuto, gorgonzola, honey and wallnuts, very good. There is also clasic and integral option. The gluten free is 3 euros plus and the pizza was 15.

19/12/2025: I pass by this place every now and then. I think it's changed management. The pizza is very similar to the past, well-leavened and easy to digest, with just enough toppings (but that's always been the case). But something may have changed; I waited almost 30 minutes past my reservation time to get my order, despite the place being empty. Maybe they still need to get into the swing of things...

04/11/2025: Pizzeria al taglio al centro di San Mauro Pascoli, la migliore della zona, Possibilità di poter ordinare anche la classica tonda, inoltre preparano dei sandwich con impasto della pizza veramente ottimi, i gestori poi sono gentilissimi e cordiali. Pizzeria al taglio straconsigliata.

06/01/2026: Terrible experience. I strongly advise against this pizzeria, not so much for the food, but for the customer service, which I would describe as embarrassing. Due to a technical error while ordering on Just Eat, the "pickup" option was selected instead of delivery. I noticed the error moments later and immediately called to request a cancellation or a solution. I clearly explained that I was alone at home with my three small children and that it was absolutely impossible for me to go out to pick up the pizzas. Despite the objective situation, I encountered a wall: a categorical refusal to cancel the order or accommodate my needs. They preferred to collect the payment without delivering anything, rather than show a modicum of flexibility or common sense towards a father in need. I find it unacceptable that in 2026, a business hides behind a "we can't do anything about it" when it's a mistake that was promptly reported. This kind of behavior is the best way to lose customers forever. Stay away.

18/06/2026: First: the restaurant has been out of business for over a year. Second: poor cleanliness. Third: practically nonexistent breakfast. Fourth: in relation to the above, extremely expensive. I will never stay here again.

22/07/2026: The problem of acriminalide in burnt food is still too little known, yet it's dangerous. We went in and ordered two pizzas without any burns, but instead one was practically burnt. We had to leave it. The other, however, was good.

22/07/2026: I ordered a home delivery pizza, apart from the punctuality they split the second the pizza was really good I congratulate you well done people who work well there are still nice even the guy who delivered the pizza to the truck bye

12/04/2026: Today, my first home delivery order was 40 minutes late. The pizza was obviously cold and rubbery, but the flavor was okay, but they've definitely already closed my eyes if I paid them! I've never given a negative review, but this time I have to, maybe I'll save someone.

26/04/2026: We booked for lunch today for three people. We mentioned that we have a dog (Amstaff) and were told that it was no problem (first positive point). Beautiful, well-kept atmosphere, really good food. We had a small problem with the bread basket... which was promptly resolved by the waiter. I must say they were professional, honest, and attentive to customer service... something rare to find these days... we'll definitely be back. Thanks again.
