21/12/2025: Nice place, nothing exceptional about the food. Otherwise, a huge disappointment. In a simple sentence: Unfair. The menu has normal prices, then they offer you off-menu items (the prices of which you don't know), but what do you expect to be in line with the rest? Then the bill shows 23 euros for an appetizer: ONE... and I mean ONE... octopus tentacles cut into three pieces... as if it were a Michelin-starred restaurant. Huge disappointment.

09/12/2025: The staff was active, well-organized, attentive, and kind. The food was excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, the only flaw being that the tables were so close together that you could barely move.

05/08/2026: All the reviews for this restaurant are incomprehensible. The food is awful. The spare ribs are absolutely terrible, and I can make better pizza and burgers at home. The chicken burger is just a schnitzel sandwich, and all in all, this restaurant has nothing to do with Italy. It's comparable to a motorway service station.

02/06/2026: The portion of mixed fried fish was generous and the dish delicious; the pasta with clams was excellent. Ordering might have taken a bit long, but we were satisfied. We'll be back.

15/05/2026: 4 first courses, 3 second courses, 1 appetizer, 2 beers, water, coffee, 41 euros per person. Quiet atmosphere, good service, excellent fried food, adequate risotto.

12/04/2026: Very good pizza, ready in a flash, as is typical in Italy 👍😀👍 We arrived 5 minutes before closing and were warmly and greeted with a smile. 2 pizzas were ready 8 minutes later, 3 minutes after closing 😉👍 The next day we arrived 10 minutes before opening and were also welcomed inside with a smile to sit down and wait for the service to begin 😀👍😀

05/08/2026: We're from Vienna, I'm almost 60 years old, and we were in this establishment for exactly five minutes today. Given the heat, I wanted to sit on the side of the table, not in the middle. After asking a very friendly waitress if that was possible and receiving her confirmation, I headed towards the table I wanted. As I was about to sit at the furthest table, a waiter behind me snapped at me: "Two people are sitting here." (At a table that had been pushed right up against the furthest one, but there wasn't a breath of air.) Excuse me? Seriously, what's the point of that? Am I supposed to put up with that? Even the staff at a fast-food restaurant are more competent! Well, I guess they can get away with it with stupid tourists. As I've also seen in the reviews here, this is something that usually goes on there. They're used to speaking to (potential) customers like that. The replies from the person who can't take criticism to critical posts here even sound like threats to me. A gist of it: "I advise you to stop doing that." (Because otherwise?) What kind of businessperson speaks to customers like that? It's appalling! - Why does the reply to the posts only say "Sincerely" and not who is replying? I would advise you to stop doing that; it's unprofessional! I'm so glad I turned on my heel and left! And another thing: This rampant American nonsense of picking up guests at the door and forcing them to sit down wherever they would feel comfortable (e.g., in 38°C heat) should stop. It only looks like service, but in reality, it's just for the staff's convenience. Food: no idea Service: abysmal Atmosphere: needs improvement

04/08/2026: Good quality food and excellent value. The only downside is the service during busy times: on Saturday evening, we encountered a lot of confusion and long waits (we had to ask for a dish that had been left behind, which was then served twice by two different waiters). I highly recommend this place on weekdays or off-season to enjoy the experience to the fullest.

04/04/2026: Pizza, if not the best, is among the best I've ever eaten in my life! Whole wheat dough that intoxicates with the aroma of chocolate on the drive home. 🤤 Raw ingredients deserve an A+. Very kind people.

10/07/2026: A regular stop on our summer vacation. It's a shame it's not closer to home; we'd be regulars. Welcoming atmosphere, very kind and attentive staff, delicious food. A paradise for gluten-free eaters, especially the fried food!

09/07/2026: The food was very good, the service was terrible. We waited very long to order and for the separate courses, and had to remind the waiters what was still missing. They forgot our drink orders and we had to remind them of those as well. Edit: Saturday, 4 July 2026

16/06/2026: We decided to try a new beach in Porto Garibaldi. I must honestly say that it was more of a flop than a flop. I already found it absurd to have to book three sunbeds online and pay in advance by credit card, as if we were in Sardinia. We had an aperitif and they handed us two tasteless spritzes without even a single crisp. Lastly, we were seated inside for lunch, and it was stiflingly hot against the boiling glass. The food was meager in quantity, and the wait was too long. We won't be returning. There are better beaches.

15/06/2026: The beach is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, but there are improvements to be made. First of all, I personally didn't appreciate the option to reserve umbrellas and loungers via the app on the website: by requiring immediate payment, if there's a last-minute problem, you'll lose your money, including the €3 app service fee! Second improvement: poorly trained restaurant staff, long wait times (the place is too big for the available staff), and poor value for money: considering how much we spent, I'm not satisfied with what I ate. Also, if you order a Spritz for an aperitif, give her at least two chips and don't make her buy them! I don't think I'll be back.
