04/05/2025: Very bad experience. After having explained and reported to anyone who came to the table what my allergies were (dried fruit and seed oils), I promptly received chips and hazelnuts on my plate. After having specifically asked to check that there was nothing on the dishes (in particular seed oil not visible) and having received reassuring news... tonight I find myself with a face like a balloon and forced to take cortisone!
they don't get a complaint because I don't want to carry on! The least is that people know! Be careful because due to superficiality and lack of professionalism your health could be at risk in case of allergies!
15/04/2025: Beautiful location, easily reachable from both the Via Emilia and the Complanare. Excellent food (really delicious crescents) and very friendly and helpful staff. The "bubbles" by the pool are particular and make the atmosphere truly special

Pizza tasted: Margherita with buffalo mozzarella DOP, long-leavening dough (72h), wood-fired
As soon as it is served, the pizza has a high, well-alveolated crust, a sign of controlled leavening and generous hydration. The color is golden, with light browning from a wood oven: a perfect tan, worthy of a trade magazine.
At the first cut, the blade slides without resistance: crunchy underneath, but soft inside, like a caress between two extremes.
The scent of buffalo mozzarella is released immediately, with fresh lactic notes and a vaguely herbaceous finish, a sign of authenticity. The tomato? San Marzano, sweet and slightly acidic, well balanced, not intrusive.
In the mouth, the mixture melts elegantly: a slightly nutty aftertaste, due to the expert cooking. Chewing is harmonious, rhythmic, almost musical.

05/02/2025: I ordered a gluten-free pizza on Just Eat. It arrived home quickly and was really very good. I will definitely order again!

19/05/2025: Ordino 4 pizze e, come spesso accade, la ragazza che risponde sembra abbia a che fare con un centralino: mette in attesa tutti e passa da una telefonata all'altra; ne arrivano 3 invece di 4 probabilmente colpa del caos della messa in attesa (anche perché durante il mio ordine aveva sbagliato un impasto)... con il ragazzo delle consegne di fronte a me chiamo e chiedo che mi vengano rifatte le pizze per cenare tutti insieme e la ragazza sbalordita: "cosa? devo rifartele?"... beh l'errore non è stato mio "vedi tu". Mi dice ok, io rimando indietro le 3 pizze e loro mi riconsegnano le 3 di prima più quella che non era presente nella comanda. Non discuto la qualità del cibo e nemmeno la puntualità della consegna (metto due stelle invece di una per questo), ma la gestione del cliente: se avere tante linee produce questi errori forse aiuterebbe utilizzare meglio le attese e comunque la "presa" di dire ok e poi riportare le pizze precedenti "anche no"!
