10/10/2025: I visited Sburoun Osteria e Cucina again this year, but unfortunately, it was disappointing compared to last year. The staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and welcoming, truly the best part of the restaurant.
However, the food quality was poor and far below previous standards. The prices have increased a lot, and the value for money was not satisfactory.
I really hope they return to their old quality, as the service team truly deserves better food to match their great hospitality.
