12/11/2025: The pizza was good, the pasta frittatas were average. The place is very nice, but we waited half an hour just to order. I understand that the room was full, but the place isn't very big.
08/11/2025: The menu is very varied, with everything from classic pizzas to gourmet options. The nocina I ordered was very tasty; the ingredients are high-quality, and the pizza is easy to digest.
The staff is attentive and friendly.
The location is very nice.

10/01/2026: Unlike my first experience last year, which I thoroughly enjoyed, today I find myself having to give a negative review.
We queued up at our table at 10:15 PM, and after ordering several items, the appetizers arrived, where a hair was found inside a Montanara. I'm not condemning it; it can happen, but at the very least, it should have been deducted from the bill, since the waiter was also informed of the incident.
Another negative note: arriving at 11:25 PM in a hurry, we were asked if we wanted digestifs, only to be told at 11:40 PM, "Gentlemen, we're closing."
If you need to close as soon as possible, don't seat people at 10 PM.
09/01/2026: A true local gem! This pizzeria has become my absolute favorite. The pizzas are simply spectacular: light and digestible dough, top-quality ingredients, and perfectly crafted flavor combinations. Each bite is balanced, flavorful, and never heavy, a sign of great attention to detail and passion for the product. You can clearly taste the attention to detail and the love for real pizza, made the right way. It's one of those places you always want to return to because you know you'll never be disappointed. 04/11/2025: We get pizza from Franco's at least once a week. It's one of the best in the area; the pizza is truly excellent... plus, they're fast and friendly.

13/11/2025: I had high expectations after reading the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, they didn't live up to expectations. The fried food wasn't very well done, too soaked in oil, and the fries weren't crispy. The sore point, however, was the pizzas. They looked great when they first arrived, but after less than 3 minutes, as soon as they reached a normal temperature, they became hard, like toast. Everyone at our table noticed this, and there were 20 of us! I can and will assume it was a somewhat problematic evening, and we'll try again. Even more so, because even though there weren't many people, we waited about an hour for our pizzas. This time, I was disappointed.
13/10/2025: A quiet, informal atmosphere, perfect for spending a peaceful evening. The staff is kind and attentive, and the food is good.

01/08/2025: The Montesarchio location is closed. When will you let people know? We showed up in the evening, and the place was closed... It was even sold to someone else. There was another name. A wasted trip and a huge disappointment.
22/05/2025: Ristorante pulito, moderno ed essenziale, quasi Newyorkese, ma i piatti, buonissimi, sono quelli della migliore tradizione napoletana.òGentilissimo e competente il personale di sala, in particolare la sig.na Chiara.
Sicuramente consigliabile.
