The service was good and the food was also good. Above all the pizza, in my opinion it was good, it is very close to Neapolitan pizza

07/04/2024: Disappointed by the "real fried food" which was practically made up of fried dough... not a mozzarella, not an Ascoli olive... a mini supplì as big as a little finger and non-existent vegetables. The pizza is almost unseasoned, all dough with just a splash of tomato and perhaps ten grams of buffalo mozzarella. Glass of wine just covering the bottom of the glass... The pineapple ditto, four tiny transparent blades. Previously it was much better.

08/04/2024: We were there for Easter Monday, booked well in advance, group of 8. Well spaced tables, not too formal environment. You eat well, you drink well and you spend the right amount.
They didn't make a menu but we ate à la carte, excellent since many restaurateurs nowadays take advantage of it.
Quick service despite the many seats, very organised. Truly a beautiful reality that is never taken for granted in the Abruzzo interior.
The only flaw was that there were no kebabs, but there was still a very wide choice.
30/03/2024: Very welcoming atmosphere and excellent cuisine. Often coming from Rome to Abruzzo we stop here in the evening for a stop in the pizzeria. It has become a very pleasant stop because here at Casale the pizza (but not only) is truly excellent. The environment, recently renovated, is pleasant and very welcoming, well furnished and heated in the cold months. The staff we have known for many years are very kind and friendly. It is recommended

01/03/2024: This place in Scanno was a pleasant discovery. The cuisine is that of the past, flavors and smells of a bygone era, first choice quality. The very nice owner is his wife who cooks with passion. If you pass by here I recommend it. You will definitely return. Today they opened specifically for us but in a short time the place was almost full... and I won't say anything else. Compliments.
19/02/2024: When you venture from the city towards villages and towns you expect to find cheap, home-made cuisine. At the La Foce restaurant, however, it seems they wanted to make up for the bad winter season: grilled meat for max x2 people passed off and made to pay as if it were x6, defrosted bread (ok, it was Sunday) and a skimpy side dish of vegetables. Adding 4 pasta dishes still resulted in a disproportionate bill (at least 40 euros).
At Fraschette d'Ariccia you eat more and spend less. Try something else.

25/03/2024: I have been to this elegant and refined place many times. Excellent cuisine: super selected foods and drinks; Delicious dishes and excellent presentation. Staff?! Number one in courtesy and hospitality.
18/11/2023: The pizzas are not bad, the only problem in our case was the slightly slow service.

20/02/2024: What to say? It's the pizzeria of my childhood... I ate my first pizza here. Now it is managed by Juliano who is the son of Vittorio the old manager, originally from near Amalfi; Juliano's two sons are also excellent pizza chefs. I admit that I can't be impartial (because it would be like judging grandma's tagliatelle which are naturally unsurpassable for each of us).... but there it is!
For me this is the best pizza in the world..... PERIOD.
It is the real Neapolitan pizza and, even today, I have not found any better, not even in my travels in Campania and Naples.
I would like to say to Juliano that the new LED lamps give the room a clever magical atmosphere, well done; The choice of opening for lunch on weekends was also excellent.

12/12/2023: Il locale è rimasto agli anni 80, ma il cibo è genuino e buono. Il servizio a gestione familiare è stato molto veloce e puntuale. Con una rinfrescata al locale si possono ottenere buoni risultati😀
