18/10/2025: An experience with potential, including a welcoming atmosphere and room for improvement Agriturismo Al Cerro, located in the quiet hamlet of Strambino, offers a relaxing atmosphere and a large outdoor space, ideal for families with children. The spacious parking lot and soccer field are certainly strong points. However, some aspects of the service could be improved. The initial wait for the order was a bit long, and the lack of bread and water at the table upon arrival is a shortcoming that should be addressed, as these are essential elements of a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was nevertheless friendly and helpful, and the drinks and pizzas arrived in a reasonable time. The pizzas, though thin, were a bit overcooked for my taste. The tagliata, which I ordered, was the sore point of the meal. The portion, in my opinion, was small for the €18 price tag, and the meat, served on a cold plate, went cold quickly. I would suggest reviewing the portions and serving the tagliata on a hot plate to maintain the temperature. Another area that could be improved is the bathroom lighting, which automatically turns off due to external motion sensors, creating discomfort. Despite these negatives, the owner's hospitality and friendliness were greatly appreciated. In summary: Pros: Ample parking and outdoor space with a children's play area. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm welcome from the owner. Cons: Initial wait times were a bit long. No bread and water at the table upon arrival. Pizzas were a bit overcooked. Small portion of tagliata served on a cold plate. Problematic bathroom lighting. Recommendations for the venue: Ensure that bread and water are always available at the table when guests arrive. Pay more attention to pizza cooking. Review the portions and presentation of the steak. Fix the bathroom lighting issue.

09/03/2026: Terrible experience. We kindly requested a stuffed calzone without tomato because I'm lactose intolerant. My boyfriend specified my intolerance when he placed the order. When we got home, I cut into the calzone and saw the tomato. We called and specified that there shouldn't be any tomato. The girl who answered said she was sorry and would make it again right away. We went to pick up the calzone, and they apologized, saying they realized I was lactose intolerant. At that point, I reiterated that I couldn't eat tomato. As soon as we got the calzone, we went out and opened it, and there was tomato again, but no mozzarella. Almost on purpose.

27/12/2025: Food: 3/5, the portions are generous but the quality isn't above average, which is what the prices do. The wine list is very limited and unremarkable. Service: 1/5, embarrassing to say the least: DISORGANIZATION reigns supreme in the restaurant: waiters serve half the table and, unless called back, don't even take the other half's order, moments when those who had already finished their first course long ago would join those who still had to eat, wrong dishes, 20 minutes to tally the table because the owner doesn't even know which menus are available, which aren't, and where the orders are (and we're talking about a decidedly exorbitant bill for the service). Ambience: 4/5, a very elegant and well-kept room. The only shame is the dated bathroom with doors that can't be closed, so you end up having to fight with the rude guy on duty who doesn't knock and tries to open it. In short, definitely a star... but a shooting star. It could be a great place if they just organized the kitchen and the dining room, improving the wine list and putting a simple lock in the bathroom, but for now the unproposable service destroys everything else.

09/02/2026: We had dinner and I'd like to share our experience honestly. The staff was truly kind, helpful, and attentive: you could tell they care, and we really appreciate that. Management is new, and they're still finding their groove, so this isn't meant as destructive criticism, but rather as constructive feedback. We ordered three sandwiches, five skewers, and fries. Unfortunately, the skewers arrived frozen in the middle, and the sandwiches were cold and partly raw. The bread was also quite hard. I ate half of my sandwich before the waitress, who was truly kind and thoughtful, took it back to the kitchen to cook it better and reheat it. Once it was fixed, it was good, but I think it lacked a bit of flavor. The other sandwiches also had the same cooking and temperature issues. The fries, on the other hand, were very good. We appreciate the small discount we received and the staff's willingness to try to remedy the situation. Full speed ahead: I'm sure you can only improve! Thanks again.
