04/02/2025: Delicious Sunday lunch in this small restaurant, hidden among the streets of a tiny and charming village in Valdisusa. We tasted original and very tasty dishes, prepared with impeccable skill: from the "capunet" (rolls) of dark cabbage, filled with chestnuts and fondue, to the artichoke with confit cherry tomatoes, to the risotto with cod and candied orange, to the "gobbi" a sort of elongated ravioli, of ancient local tradition, with leeks and black carrot cream, and then a veal cheek in civet that melts like butter... not to mention the desserts (what a wonderful eggnog!) and an impressive wine list, especially Piedmontese but not only Excellent raw materials, recovery of traditional recipes reinvented with creativity, impeccable service, a welcoming and refined environment make this our first experience at Matilde's an opportunity to certainly be repeated. The bill is absolutely in line with everything else. Valuable!

16/01/2025: A splendid surprise, hidden in the mountains of Val Susa (watch out for the road to get there). Refined and particular dishes, very tasty (you can taste the genuine ingredients). From time to time the menu changes, based not only on the season but also on the creativity and tastes that the moment offers. Truly remarkable. We always come back with joy and curiosity.

21/02/2025: The « Bar Trattoria La cooperative » is a small jewel of hospitality and authentic flavours. The two owners, with their overwhelming kindness, welcomed us like old friends, surprising us with a delicious bagna cauda, ​​expertly prepared according to the Piedmontese tradition. Followed by the maltagliati with a homemade ragù that seemed to have come straight from grandmother's recipe books: an explosion of genuine and comforting flavours. Each dish told a story of passion and love for home cooking. The family and warm atmosphere made the evening even more special. If you are looking for a place to feel at home and savor heart-warming dishes, this restaurant is a must!

02/02/2025: My family frequented the cantuccio, which was always located there Years later we saw the change in management and decided to give it a try. We made the right choice: The staff is always very welcoming, polite, kind, friendly and always manage to make us smile and laugh. For now we have only eaten the pizzas and desserts but for that side alone we were really very satisfied, generous portions and the quality of the raw materials is truly excellent and the price is very honest for the experience we have always had eating in there. We go there to eat quite often now and will return many more times 😁 Maybe we'll be able to try meat and fish too 😂

16/01/2025: The culinary offering is very good (both cuisine and pizza) and the portions are also considerable (in fact, in my opinion you need to ask carefully before ordering too much. Personally, I left "rolling" after an appetizer of polenta with sautéed mushrooms, truly very abundant, and a risotto with pumpkin. No dessert that time: it didn't fit!). Simple environment. Young staff, a little distracted but always courteous.

04/02/2025: Classic brewery environment, very particular due to the completely glazed building with the entire brewery in view. Very good food, friendly staff. I can't judge the beers, because I'm a teetotaler. But they say they are very good! It was a real discovery. We will definitely be back often!
