19/04/2025: We stayed at Piòla d'l Punt Masin, and we tell you only one thing: book. Because the Sinoira snack at Emiliano's is not just food — it's a journey through time. A real tavern, full of objects that tell stories, home scents and authentic flavours. It's a bit of a village tavern, a bit of a historic bar-trattoria, a bit of a museum of real life. We ate very well: cheeses, cured meats, homemade goodness and zero kilometer products. All genuine, prepared with love, in an atmosphere that seems to have come from another era. This place doesn't want to know about living in 2025. It's stuck between the 70s and 90s — and thank goodness. A space-time capsule where time stops and chatter flows. In the meantime, local faces pass by, with authentic stories, plots and ways of doing things. But be careful: Emiliano cooks in his own way, without menus or frills - like in the past. Whoever understands this takes home a rare experience.
