04/10/2025: Very cozy, and everything is regional. Be sure to follow the owner's wine recommendation. Simply sensational. We were only here for a snack, but we'll be back to stay overnight.
17/09/2025: The short version of what I think of Cantina Alpina is "the best polenta in the Susa Valley."
To go further, I'll add:
- the tiny village of Eclause is experiencing a resurgence, thanks to exhibitions, concerts, and events organized by the winery;
- the staff is friendly and helpful;
- the polenta is amazing (but I may have already mentioned that);
- besides the polenta, everything else on the menu is delicious.
In short, a must-visit for mountain lovers.
Oh, and the price is very reasonable.

04/11/2025: Great experience. We stayed one night in early October. Even though we arrived late, they waited for us. They were very kind and helpful, even helping with the electricity since it was our first camper trip. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
09/10/2025: A truly beautiful campsite. There are plenty of places to wash, rinse dishes, and shower. Everything was always very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

30/11/2025: The owner was grumpy, rude, and unhelpful. I wouldn't go back even if it were the only place open for miles. He was terrible at answering simple questions and seemed annoyed by the presence of non-regular customers. A terrible experience.

Rifugio Alpino Daniele Arlaud

23/03/2025: Sono state più volte al rifugio Arlaud d'estate mai d'inverno e con la neve. Bellissimo paesaggio e atmosfera. Con una coppia di amici abbiamo riscoperto il piacere delle cose genuine. Cenare a lume di candela per l'atmosfera ma anche per risparmiare la corrente, rilassarci leggendo un libro o scambiando due parole mentre fuori nevica. Grande weekend grazie soprattutto alle buone cose preparate da Elisa, ai dolci di Silvia e alla dolcezza di Liu. Brave brave brave.

21/08/2024: Sono un autista di bus,che lavora per un azienda situata nel paese subito dopo l autogrill,quindi lavorando lassù,e quando mi dimentico che quando mi fermo qui poi mi pento...passo spesso,in salita in alta valle....che dire...ogni volta che mi fermo la cassiera,MAI,e ripeto MAI UN BUONGIORNO,UN SORRISO,UN GRAZIE!!!!!!!modi per stare dietro a un bancone ZERO!!!!!!!ogni volta che passo,e chiedo le sigarette la risposta e sempre la stessa,GIURO,CHE SIA INVERNO PRIMAVERA O ESTATE la risposta è:NON CI SONO!!!!!stamattina stessa identica cosa,per un caffè attesi 5 minuti...bevuto il caffè mi sono girato e me ne sono andato senza salutare,come fanno loro quando entra qualcuno!!!!!VOTO ZERO SPACCATO,ED E PURE TROPPO!!!!!chi si comporta così dietro ad un bancone dovrebbe andare a lavare i vetri ai semafori,non stare dietro ad un bancone dove serve almeno un po' di cordialità e gentilezza!!!!!!!
