Tanto ripieno con prosciutto, mozzarella, pomodoro ed un gusto delicatissimo della cipolla con contrasto salato delle olive ....super..
Aperitivo perfetto consigliata per tutti.
I miei preferiti, arancino al ragù,funghi al tartufo, 💖cipollina e per finire cannolo alla ricotta, fatto sul momento.
E per gli amici....andata a gustare tutte le altre specialità siciliane.

Highly recommended!
13/06/2024: A charming hotel and restaurant located at the foot of the Monte San Giorgio nature reserve, away from the village in the old town.
The very friendly boss is a former rocker who has put his favorite vinyls on the wall.
Very good tasting meal. The boss offered us a bottle of wine when we left the next morning.

Abbiamo trovato il cibo, tutti i menù, decisamente buoni e cucinati a dovere
Peccato però che per le richieste fuori menù, piatti diversi, bibite o anche solo stuzzicadenti, occorreva chiedere ad almeno 4 persone prima che ai smuovesse il sistema
