24/08/2025: The cuisine at this osteria is nothing short of moving: a unique combination of flavors, created by expert and passionate hands. What amazed us most were the authentic flavors, the result of top-quality local ingredients, which immediately bring us back to the roots of tradition. The service was amazing, from the welcome to the care and kindness with which we were looked after. Despite our rush, as we had to catch a plane, the staff made us feel pampered and never let us go without a thing. We promise to return here more slowly, to fully savor each dish and appreciate the passion of this magnificent chef. Highly recommended for those seeking an experience that goes beyond simply "eating": here you live the cuisine!

21/08/2025: Found by chance during a hike during the August bank holiday. We found excellent, generous dishes. The staff were friendly and reasonably priced. We'll be back when we're in the area. Flavio and Lori

07/04/2025: I tried the Da Carol pizzeria and wanted to share my experience. The location is not optimal but being mainly a takeaway pizzeria you can easily ignore it! the staff is very friendly, which makes the atmosphere really pleasant. However, I have to say that I found the pizzas a little too salty for my taste. The quality of the ingredients was good, but the salt covered the flavors a bit. I hope they can revise the recipe a little, because with a pinch less salt they could really make a difference! Overall, it's worth trying, perhaps asking to reduce the salt a bit.
