13/03/2025: Ottima location , c’eravamo già stati la scorsa estate praticamente a pochi mesi dall apertura anche ni. Invece devo dire che domenica sera , otttima cena in saletta privata in 6 persone servizio eccellente , molto preparato il cameriere che ha servito devi fare i complimenti anche a nome degli amici che andavano per la prima volta .

Discreet presentation; genuine and captivating flavours.
First:
Good portion, good cooking but nothing exceptional.
Second:
Braised and roasted, from memory, are two different preparations; I could be mistaken in my experience but I doubt that buttery Priest's Hat has seen a marinade of at least 12 hours. As a roast it was good.

22/03/2025: Clean and tastefully furnished rooms, very intimate atmosphere and friendly staff
15/03/2025: Incredible... booked a room on the ground floor for a person with a disability, paying rightly in advance. The guests arrive and they had given away the room offering one with very steep stairs. No kind of professionalism and reliability.
