28/02/2025: The pizza dough is out of the ordinary. Very light and very good. The pizza toppings are of all types, from classic and balanced pizzas to special ones (for example 1/4). I recommend taking the mixed fry, the bruschetta takes second place, but it was a pleasant surprise. Also very good pasta omelette. Homemade cheesecake equally good and recommended. Super recommended.

17/03/2025: To celebrate my birthday I decided to request the catering service at the Antica Rosticceria in Grugliasco. The guests greatly appreciated the quality and variety of the food offered. They were available to my requests and quick to satisfy them. I highly recommend.

01/04/2025: A new pizzeria restaurant has been created in the former residential area of ​​Grugliasco. Born from the former abit building, it brings to mind the fascinating world of cars. From the names of the pizzas to the refined furnishings, the references to the automotive industry are evident. Structurally it is ingeniously linked to the various dealers in the area, offering a menu full of choice with typical Piedmont products. The pizza served on a stone pan is very digestible thanks to the long leavening, as we are told by the owner Alessandro, an affable and easy-going person. However, the pizza as well as the chiacchiere appetizer, accompanied by craft beer, were good and plentiful. What can I say, in a moment of crisis like this, seeing the birth of a new company can only give us hope. Good luck.....

Io ho preso gli arrosticini di agnello:stupendi,numerosi e consistenti, impiattamento molto attraente e fatto bene,patatine fritte molto buone e salate al punto giusto. I prezzi sono giusti e i piatti sono consistenti,lo consiglio per una cena.

30/03/2025: This evening I was a guest of this restaurant for my niece's baptism. I had heard good things about this place, perhaps too many expectations. For this event we had exclusive use of the room downstairs: a lovely setting, beautiful colors and beautiful decorations. Too bad it is not cleaned as it should be. Just look at the cobwebs near the nude portrait on the wall at the back of the room. Let's talk about the food and the service: We started with the aperitif that did not arrive at our table until after we had pointed it out to the waitresses (these were questionable in professionalism and management of the entire service). When the appetizer arrived there was neither cod nor, much less, Ascoli olives. The veal with tuna sauce was very good, served with a little lamb's lettuce salad. A very welcome combination. The porcini mushroom tart with fondue was also really appreciated, a little less so the puff pastry with buffalo ricotta and vegetables, the latter however edible unlike the first: paccheri with rabbit ragù and pecorino cream. Inedible! Stringy! the consistency of the pasta was strange although the ragù was good. The Fassona beef with Barolo grapes was very tender and tasty, it melted in the mouth. I couldn't eat the cake because it was too late. In fact, what I'm about to write is the main reason for the only star for the service. We entered at 6 pm and many of us left at 10 pm without having eaten the cake due to the service. We also waited 1 hour and a quarter between one course and the next. An unacceptable wait, stressful on a day that should have been relaxing. My son was served raw chicken cutlet so he couldn't eat it. You also have to be careful with the water bottles because they had black residue like filter waste inside.

21/02/2025: I finally found my favorite pizzeria near home for those who don't like Neapolitan pizza like me but crunchy and well-stuffed. Top quality ingredients, special flours, classic and particular pizzas. Everything we have eaten has never disappointed us in flavor and texture and this is encouraging us to try everything. We usually take pizzas, appetizers and desserts. Organized, very punctual and very punctual if you order takeaway.

21/02/2025: Very good Neapolitan style pizza with a nice crust and with the possibility of choosing the type of dough. The desserts are also very good, great variety of choices

25/03/2025: Ordered home delivery tonight via cell phone call. Polite and helpful on the phone, the pizza and farinata are excellent and the delivery was quick and done with kindness. Highly recommended

08/03/2025: Home delivery for 8pm, the pizzas arrived at 8.50pm, plus the guy who answered the phone when I called to ask about the delay was rude

02/04/2025: The pizzas arrived 50 minutes late and also cold. They justified themselves by saying they were stopped by the police and I believe it could happen but they could have called and warned and that's why I'm giving one star and then delivering the cold pizzas isn't the best. For the honest record they told me they would do them again but at 9pm I still didn't want to wait. As for the pizzas, they were good even cold.

29/03/2025: Really top pizzas, delicious burgers. Nothing else to add. My go-to place when I want good pizza.
