Good pizza, the only flaw being the scheduled delivery time, which arrived 30 minutes late without even apologizing. Not the best for a first order and gaining additional customers. I'll try again, it must have been a fluke.

Amazing pizza, with the whole wheat dough option definitely a plus. Original recipes that blend the flavors of many regions of the peninsula, and the convenience of home delivery! The staff are incredibly friendly, definitely worth a try!

Ristorante Trattoria la Baritlera

06/03/2026: I believe there are only two restaurants in the entire Susa Valley that truly deserve to live up to their reputation, and one of them is Baritlera. A guarantee: seasonality, craftsmanship, tradition with a touch of imagination, courtesy, and, last but not least, musical selection. We will always be happy to return to Andrea and Giorgia, and we hope they continue to do so for many, many years to come.
