26/01/2024: Caseificio all'entrata di foglizzo, lo spaccio è molto piccolo ma i formaggi che producono sono buonissimi,abbiamo provato il caciocavallo,la ricotta e le fior di latte veramente tutto ottimo e freschissimo!!! Molto gentile la ragazza che mi ha servita,peccato che al pomeriggio e il Sabato mattina il negozio è chiuso,ci andrei più spesso.Parcheggio interno.
03/10/2023: When I can I'll stop by and get the mozzarella and fresh ricotta. If you arrive early they are still warm. You can find mozzarella in several formats and it is very good, but in my opinion the freshly made ricotta is truly excellent, in fact the best I have eaten. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the poorly maintained exterior of the store. Pay attention to the time because it closes at 1.30pm.
