10/03/2026: Almost excellent, except for one thing I noticed: why arrive at the table to open the wine without the cap that seals the cork?
The taste and the gesture made me think and raise some doubts... what a shame.

Located between Cuorgnè and Salto, at the base of the Orco and Soana Valleys, this is the perfect place for a weekday lunch.
At Fratelli Rosselli 77, the food is divine and time seems to stand still (no need to rush):
excellent quality dishes that transform a simple work break into a moment of true pleasure.
The value for money is incredible;
it's hard to find better in the area.
Prestigious, seasonal, locally sourced, fresh, refined, and top-quality products and ingredients!
But what makes the experience truly special is the location:
an ancient setting, beautifully decorated with sublime antiques that create a warm, refined, and timeless atmosphere.
A rare combination of excellent food and aesthetic beauty. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: It's been about 13 years since I first ate at this restaurant, and I've always had a great time. Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent decor. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant to everyone.
04/02/2026: We went to this place last Sunday for bagna cauda dinner. The restaurant is very large and decorated in a retro style. Unfortunately, the service was decidedly slow: after a 45-minute wait, I had to ask the waiter.
As for the food, the main courses were good, but the accompanying vegetables were a bit disappointing. I also wanted to try the Russian salad (a dish I always order for comparison), but I didn't like it. On the other hand, the cake was really excellent.
The photo shows a portion of vegetables, tomini cheese, and eggs for five people. That is, two people had to share half the eggs and half the meatball.

The table setting and table settings are very well-appointed.
Traditional food is excellent quality and well-executed, with reasonable prices.
Professional and friendly staff.
I recommend it without hesitation!

13/03/2026: Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was cold and unwelcoming. The waiter who served us was truly awful: rude, unprofessional, and he repeatedly made others feel uncomfortable with his inappropriate manner and comments.
The food was also subpar. The fries clearly tasted like fried fish, a sign that the oil was probably not clean or used for everything: the result was inedible fries. The pasta I ordered was incredibly hard, practically raw, so much so that it was difficult to even cut.
An overall negative experience, both in terms of service and food quality. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return due to the waiter's behavior and the lack of attention in the kitchen.
The only positive thing was the waiter who served us drinks.
02/03/2026: Very good pizza, thin and tasty. I had one of the gourmet pizza options, which was delicious! Other diners told me the food was also good. The service was friendly and attentive, even to the younger guests. My daughter ordered a Milanese with fries, and she was served first. The other dishes also arrived quickly.
Definitely worth returning for sure!

15/11/2025: If we're in the area, we love to grab a coffee or a nice snack with our three kids...they have sandwiches, tramezzini, and brioches of various types and with different fillings. The owners are very kind and helpful! The atmosphere is nice and clean, highly recommended!
06/09/2025: The Cycle Café is an excellent starting point for a bike ride in the Canavese area. Simone, besides being friendly, is full of great advice on local routes. The café offers various supplies and purchases for cyclists. It's also a great place for a post-ride aperitivo.

01/03/2026: Last night we went to eat after the change in management. What can I say? The change is obvious. You can definitely see it! The staff is courteous but not organized, starting with the welcome. When you arrive, they have no idea where they're supposed to seat you, even if you'd made a reservation. The food? Much better than before. We had fried fish. Very greasy and dry. Grilled swordfish. The slice used to be truly enormous. Now it's half the size, both in size and thickness. Which makes it dry. French fries. The portion is served on a dessert plate. Again, the portion is smaller and the price has gone up. The only thing they've kept is the option of having a single dessert, a second dessert (two desserts), or a trio. Again, the price has gone up by a euro, but the quality and selection have gone down. The tiramisu and panna cotta are neither good nor bad. The profiteroles are nothing more than cream puffs filled with cream and covered in hot melted chocolate. Nasty. At this point, it's best to fill the cream puff with a scoop of ice cream to create a nice hot/cold contrast. Would I recommend it? I'd say no.
01/03/2026: Unfortunately, despite the excellent service... maybe we just had the wrong night, but the pizzas weren't up to par, and even the bread was crunchy with a crust and raw crumb. It's hard to make bread. We'll be back to see.
