05/05/2026: If you want to try the Piedmontese cuisine of our childhood, but with a different twist, featuring carefully crafted and refined dishes and pairings, come here because Stefano has a wonderful project! The brain ravioli are unique, and the desserts are sublime: even if you're full, try it! 😅
