21/06/2025: Trattoria Roca Bianca is a true pearl in the heart of Canavese: a rustic and welcoming place, run with passion by friendly owners, who convey the homely pleasure of simple and authentic cuisine.
I recommend the tagliata with rocket to carnivores like me. And the desserts are excellent, you can tell they are homemade, especially the tiramisu.

The possibility of dining al fresco in the outdoor area was excellent, as for the pizza I relied on the imagination of the pizza chef and my choice was rewarded.
