24/12/2024: Beautiful place in the middle of the Novara countryside, where you eat well and drink equally well. Chosen some time ago by our company for Christmas lunch, it has become our point of reference. Service a little slow but the staff is always friendly and nice. Must try.

27/04/2025: I frequent this place often. I tried the pizza: it is cooked well, it is light and has a good dough. I usually take the rustic one. I recommend the fried gnocco, which is really excellent, and the mussel soup. To finish I always get the three chocolate cake. All the desserts are really good. The service is not very fast, but the staff is always friendly and professional. The prices are fair.

20/04/2025: I find myself correcting the positive review made a year ago, because three times in a row, I had to wait a long, long time for the food. The last time half an hour before ordering, 45 minutes to eat. 30 minutes between starters and first courses. I'm no longer hungry. If the staff in the kitchen cannot cope, you should not accept too many covers. Maybe say some no? The tablecloths have disappeared, replaced by sticky eco-leather placemats on marked, not entirely presentable tables. I don't like it like that! Sin.

30/03/2025: A very clean environment, the staff was very kind and friendly! We celebrated our birthday with our music, there was also space to dance, however, whoever wants to have a birthday party, not to spend a lot and to eat a good wood-fired pizza, even in family format, I swear, it's the best!!!

30/03/2025: We had a very nice birthday party. There was the music we chose and we had a lot of fun. The food ordered starting with the Oscolan olives which I really liked and ending with the family pizzas, kebab, ham, spicy salami and a Margherita for a company of 14 adults and 9 children we left more than satisfied! However I recommend to everyone who loves kebab and wood oven pizza!

Wonderful staff, courteous and always cheerful. It was truly a pleasure to spend the evening at Gaia, with the possibility of also seeing the football matches. 06/04/2025: Trouvé par hasard c'est une véritable pizzeria autentica ! Nous n'avons pris que deux pizzas mais elles étaient d'une saveur exquise, avec une pâte fine et croustillante, cuite à la perfection dans un four traditionnel – un vrai goût d’Italie. Et que dire des dolci ? Les gâteaux faits maison sont tout simplement favolosi ! Mention spéciale pour le tiramisu, crémeux et parfaitement équilibré, un vrai voyage à travers les douceurs de la cucina italiana. Un endroit chaleureux où l’on reviendra avec plaisir.

24/04/2025: It's not the first time I've eaten in this place but this evening I had dinner with my husband. I have to say it was a pleasant surprise. Good food, excellent beer (my husband had an encore), helpful and courteous staff. Prices normal. The fact that four-legged friends are welcome has gained many points. Compliments!

13/04/2025: Serata con amici,spinti dall' omaggio di due tagliate di Patanegra. La carne discreta,vino della casa in bottiglia niente di che, descritto dal cameriere come un rosso fermo,si è rivelato un vinello da tavola da 12 gradi, (chiunque capisca un po' di vino,sa che un buon rosso fa almeno 13 gradi o 14 ). Peccato che sia costata,la suddetta bottiglia ben 35€,neanche se fosse un Montepulciano doc. Oltre alle 4 tagliate, abbiamo preso uno gnocco fritto per 4, 3 dolci,3 amari e un caffè, più 2 acque naturali,arrivate al tavolo già stappate in bottiglie anonime. Conto 149 €, troppo per me.

06/04/2025: Family Friendly place, equipped with a changing table (the only one in the center of Oleggio) and also a high chair to allow families to have breakfast/aperitif calmly. For breakfast there is a lot on offer and the staff is young and fresh. Well done!

We will definitely return with the curiosity to taste the fish given the excellent fresh quality of the ingredients. Final price a little expensive compared to the norm, a little disappointed
