16/12/2024: You can't miss Piero's if you go to the Varaita valley. Good, genuine food, served in a family environment. Advised.
02/12/2024: Excellent food and excellent service, unique menu with abundant dishes and encores always offered.
They are confirmed as the best ravioles in Val Varaita among all the (many) ones I have tasted!

02/09/2024: We returned at the end of August for lunch. Typical dishes, all very good, the excellent polenta. The managers as usual were very kind and helpful. I recommend the digestive.

13/10/2024: Sunday lunch, having intolerance problems the menu was slightly modified. It's not the first time we've come. It is an old-fashioned tavern, which unfortunately is becoming an increasingly rare commodity. Fixed menu, 2 excellent starters of veal with tuna sauce and giardiniera, 2 first courses risotto with Barolo and gnocchi from Val Varaita, those who were able to eat them found them excellent. 1 second course of deer with polenta, deer, beautiful, soft and good, spectacular polenta. Perfect old-fashioned house Barbera. Loved apple pie with custard. Nice strong coffee... For 3 plus a small child €80 more than honest. We will be back.
08/09/2024: Gentilezza ottima cucina e prezzi modici la consiglio a tutti e sicuramente ci torniamo non mi e mai capitato che entrando in locale mi chiedessero cosa volevo mangiare porterò a casa un bel ricordo della vacanza
