15/12/2024: Grande qualità globale ! Grande Fritto Misto a comparti separati, come si conviene per dare qualità ad ogni portata ! Anche i piatti in carta hanno dimostrato creatività e cura. (Baccalà con la liquirizia : voto 10) uovo meringato spettacolo ! I tajarin 33 tuorli messi in tavola con un aspetto rassicurante e gnocco con uovo di quaglia veramente interessante. Siamo stati tutti molto soddisfatti godendo di una grande vista panoramica sulla Langa e letteralmente coccolati dal personale . Bravi . Prezzi in linea con la qualità offerta , con carta dei vini importante ed equa.

21/11/2024: Ho cenato con mio marito al ristorante due sere in quanto ospite presso il Vigneto. La prima cena è stata ottima: tajarin burro e tartufo perfetti. Splendidi i sorbetti. La seconda cena invece non è andata benissimo: il maialino glassato era stracotto e senza glassatura e il filetto di fassona era buonissimo ma annegato nella fonduta (che toglieva il gusto alla carne). Preciso che mi è stato chiesto se volevo sostituire il maialino con un altro piatto e comunque c’è stato uno sconto sul totale della cena. Quindi correttissimi ma questo non ha cancellato la mia delusione. Obiettivamente mi aspettavo una cena all’altezza del background dello chef. 😔

24/11/2024: All good, the nocchi with beetroot and castelmagno, excellent. But the chocolate tortellini that were on the menu a couple of years ago were also excellent.

19/11/2024: For several years now, every time we go to Alba, we have had lunch in this quiet and relaxing restaurant. The tasting menu is always very satisfying and in the truffle period, top!! The à la carte menu, typical Piedmontese and of excellent quality. Fassona, tagliolini, braised meat, desserts....all delicious. The "grattate" are abundant and the white truffle very tasty. We also love the few tables arranged so that there is no noise and confusion and you can chat pleasantly with your fellow diners. Absolutely dog ​​friendly (we have a couple of hunting dogs) and also suitable for children (this year the little one year old was with us... changing table, high chair... everything you need provided). See you next year with great pleasure!!!

03/12/2024: I believe it is new management. The food is always good, as often in the Cuneo area. Too bad the "deception" menu work. 2 courses of your choice €20 wine for a fee Get two courses and no wine But you have 2.5 of cover, 2.5 of water and 2 of coffee. That is, €7 which was once worth a meal. The food is good, nothing to say and everyone is very courteous, and the price is fine too... but transparency is better.

27/09/2024: Place with a view of the hills, possibility of eating outside or inside in a bright room. Dishes with generous portions, perfect combinations of flavors and colours, imaginative food plating without excessive protagonism. Very good and delicate Russian salad, risotto with beetroot, burrata and walnuts, the flavors were spot on, I would have also gladly enjoyed the pie with carrot chips but I was full (I'm a vegetarian and I finally ate well and varied in a restaurant that wasn't strictly vegetarian). Discreet, friendly table service. Will be back for the other dishes on the menu with "carnivorous" people and I already know they will appreciate it.

24/08/2024: Excellent hospitality from Danilo, Daniela, Roberta and Bianca. The room was very clean 👍 The restaurant was very satisfying, thanks to Danilo who prepared some goodies. Absolutely to return!!!!
