Visited on a Saturday just for a tasting.
We were with another group, unknown.
Visit to the cellar was pleasant and quite exhaustive. The tasting, however, was something to forget: they immediately poured us the 7 glasses of wine, telling us which wine it was and telling us that if we had forgotten, the names were written under the glasses, on the placemat. No explanation, no description. Nothing. The manager disappeared into the back, the guide spoke, described and poured out 1000 stories and details only with the other group.
We drank our wines and left, without buying anything.
I hope for them that at least the other group bought them something.
Terrible!
02/02/2025: Just fantastic. Not cheap but so worth the money! We dined on the terrace this summer. The view alone... elegant place I suggest to dress up 😎

12/04/2025: Celebrating my eldest daughter's 18th, it was a perfect choice, welcomed by the Chef as soon as we arrived we were able to choose one of the 4 menus available and having the possibility of making different menus is an excellent thing to taste everything or almost everything. From the Chef's welcome to the first course, through the second courses to the desserts, it was an exquisite experience with dishes worthy of a Michelin star.
Truly exaggerated cellar we dined at Champagne but there are very high level wines whether Piedmontese or national with a great choice of bubbles.
More than honest price and truly beautiful condition. Excellent experience that I recommend to everyone
18/11/2024: We celebrated my wife's birthday and we enjoyed every single bite. We opted for the seafood menu, every dish was sensational, balanced in every flavor and never exaggerated or too refined. The homemade pasta was idyllic. Impeccable service and a well-kept and welcoming place. Fair price compared to what was offered. Recommended.

01/12/2024: Nous avions réservé longtemps à l'avance notre séjour dans cette belle région du Piémont et ses vignes. Avec en apothéose, attenant à la Tenuta Carretta où nous logeons (cf. avis séparé), le repas dans le restaurant 21.9 (c'est la date de naissance des deux jumelles de Flavio Costa, le chef à la tête du restaurant). Le chef est un passionné par la cuisine régionale italienne. Originaire de Ligurie, il a fait ses débuts en explorant les produits locaux avant de se forger une réputation dans le Piémont. Son style allie tradition et innovation, en mettant en valeur les ingrédients de saison, avec une forte influence maritime et terrestre. Outre un menu complet autour de la truffe, le chef propose un menu Mer, un menu Terre. Pour ma part, j’ai choisi le succulent menu (100€) proposé par son second Diego Solazzo. Et j'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié :
Amuse-bouche (un gnoccho avec une émulsion au basilic)
Colin confit aux olives taggiasche, pignons de pin, sauce citron
Ris de veau croustillants, ragoût de champignons, sauce béarnaise, émulsion d'oignon doux (ce plat est une merveille !)
Tagliatelles à la crème au beurre d’agrumes, mollusques et huile verte (ah, la découverte des petites vongoles et des chairs de mini-moules délicatement apprêtées sous les tagliatelles)
Carré d’agneau farci, topinambour (très tendre, parfaitement saisi et apprêté)
Crème de café, Baileys, cardamome, (s'il fallait trouver un bémol au repas, c'est celui du dessert, avec un alcool un peu trop présent dans la crème et un manque de quelque chose de croustillant).
Bref, un succulent repas en charmante compagnie de nos amis, accompagné des magnifiques vins de la maison. Pour un prix très correct vu la qualité de la cuisine et en comparaison des prix suisses pratiqués pour le même niveau...

rimane sempre una certezza ma non entusiasmante come le volte precedenti. Location molto valida cortesia del personale all’altezza del livello dell’ambiente. Toilette obsolete da rifare assolutamente
