25/08/2025: We had no idea what to expect, but we were completely surprised. Unique, delicious dishes included fresh rolls with cheese, pasta with nuts, and more, delicious ravioli, incredibly fine roast beef, and a stunning dessert. Complemented by excellent wine and very hospitable service. Just do it!
17/08/2025: The many restaurants in the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato regions always evoke emotions that remain indelible in the memories of food lovers. The Alta Langa, like Extremadura in Spain, add a unique poetic touch. Not only because of the raw materials that this challenging land provides sparingly, but I believe in restaurateurs and chefs like Clelia, who have passed down their expertise in historic establishments and have stoically resisted the whims of fashion and the difficulties of reaching them. Today, thanks to quality tourism and an awareness of the gastronomic culture that values authenticity, they are enjoying a wonderful moment. It's fantastic on a summer evening, driving along the hairpin bends and ridges that lead from Dogliani first to Belvedere and then to Murazzano, arriving at this corner of paradise. The beautiful stone-paved piazza, the well-kept old houses, and especially the Trattoria Salvetti, open your heart. The smiles they give you
when welcoming you confirm that you made the right choice when booking. The restaurant has limited seating and is packed, and those who haven't made a reservation ahead of time won't find a seat. Homemade bread and breadsticks, a glass of Alta Langa to accompany a fantastic appetizer, while we await the beautiful array of dishes arriving from the kitchen. We chose a white wine from Roero and a fantastic Nebbiolo produced by the great Massimo Martinelli in the hermitage of Vicoforte.
The traditional appetizers arrive, with that touch of lightness that great chefs know how to impart. Then the inevitable first courses, strictly homemade, tagliatelle flavored with lavender from nearby Sale Langhe (which has nothing to envy of the renowned Valensole plateau) and dreamy plin. We reluctantly forgo the second course, which we will try on our next visit, for a fantastic selection of local cheeses and a small lavender-infused dessert for those with a sweet tooth. Finally, the pleasure of being able to personally thank Clelia for this unforgettable experience, as we were describing in the car, carefully and cheerfully navigating the many hairpin bends on the way back.

07/07/2024: Non è la prima volta. Semplicemente ottimo, elegante al punto giusto in una piacevole miscela con la natura del posto, aderente alla cucina del territorio. Menù stagionale. Persone accoglienti e preparate, sicuramente in cucina, ma anche in sala. Ottima carta dei vini. Prezzo assolutamente nella norma.
02/04/2024: Tutto molto buono porzioni giuste e su qualche portata possibilità di fare il bis personale gentile e disponibile da ritornare sicuramente
