11/05/2025: I love slow cooking great BBQ and finding outstanding BBQ joints across the USA. But a great BBQ joint in Italy's Piedmont? Absolutely! They do not do sauce, and you don't need it. We tried everything they make and it was all good. Barbees could compete with most BBQ joints in the US and honestly, the sides are even better.

13/05/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a very personal event, I'll start by saying that I travel a lot for work and I get to see a lot of hotels. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel with such high standards of quality and customer care, in such a beautiful setting. Congratulations for the care you take in your work. well done

22/03/2025: Primera vez, pero definitivamente no la última. buena comida y personal. Desafortunadamente el paisaje no era perfecto debido a las nubes. La próxima vez definitivamente vamos a experimentar eso también.

25/05/2025: Emanuela la propiretaria si impegna per farti stare bene e ti trasmette la passione per il buon cibo. Il locale è carino (personalmente cambierei i quadri) ma con acustica davvero pessima:si fa fatica a sentire i propri commendali, ma il cibo è davvero ottimo a prezzo molto bassi. Ho mangiato troppo ed è un vero peccato perché il dessert prometteva davvero bene! Consigliassimo soprattutto per la qualità-prezzo.

21/04/2025: Necesitábamos volver a visitar este lugar, principalmente para el tonnato Vitello que es de clase mundial! Un bravo enorme al chef 👏🏻👏🏻 seguido de tajarin al ragù que también son extravagantes 😋😋 Fui por el scamone di vitello 🥩 - top of the pops! Por último, pero no por ello menos importante, el consejo: ¡guarden sitio para sus postres 🍮 están fuera de este mundo!

05/06/2025: It was absolutely an excellent experience, of quality, in an enchanting context. Everything absolutely perfect and more. First time at Fosco Bistrot, a day organized by Salvano cantine, which included a visit to the cellars with an aperitif attached, and lunch, with a traditional Piedmontese menu for the occasion, and the pairing of wines with the various courses. Highly recommended. I will definitely return, to taste the dishes of the absolutely rich and inviting à la carte menu. Appreciated and more, the competence, courtesy, welcome of all the staff and owners. An excellent reality. Thank you!

02/06/2025: Super pleasant experience. The dishes were delicious, prepared with care and quality ingredients. Each course was a pleasant discovery of flavors. The staff was very kind, always available and very professional. The location is also welcoming and cared for in detail, perfect for a relaxing lunch.
