As a longtime customer of Trattoria dei Miramonti in Marsaglia, I agree with the owners' statement that they were not involved in the matter, that is, that they were not the subject of the inspection in question, as their integrity is widely known over many years of business. In any case, it would be desirable for similar cases to clearly indicate the name of the fined business, both to warn potential customers and to dispel doubts about other businesses in the area.
